《市評》恆指回吐 小米彈逾3% 高盛料北京二期廠房或啟動量產
恆指昨日抽高539點或2.2%後,大市今日回吐。美股隔晚因勞動節假期休市,英法股市隔晚升不足0.1%德國股市則升0.6%,撰文之時,美國2年期債券孳息跌至3.647%,美國10年期債券孳息升至4.279%,美匯指數升至98.34,針對美國關稅政策的訴訟,美國財長貝森特稱有信心美最高法院維持特朗普關稅,並稱有後備方案,道指期貨最新跌167點或0.4%,納指期貨最新跌143點或0.6%。金價在亞洲時段持續上升,現貨金突破每盎司3,500美元水平。上證綜指全日跌17點或0.45%收3,858點,深證成指跌2.1%,內地創業板指數下滑近2.9%,滬深兩市成交額共2.87萬億元人民幣。 本港銀行同業隔夜拆息急跌逾1.76厘至2.88厘,1個月HIBOR微跌至約3.14厘。恆指低開29點,早段倒升107點一度高見25,724點後回落,午後曾跌200點,全日跌120點或0.5%,收25,496點;國指跌13點或0.2%,收9,108點;恆生科技指數跌70點或1.2%,收5,728點。大市全日成交總額3,281.19億元。北水交易總成交額1,670.6億元,而南向資金今日淨流入92.81億元(上日淨流入119.42億元)。 港交所(00388.HK)跌近1%收443.6元,阿里健康(00241.HK)及中升(00881.HK)各走高4.6%及5%,但中芯(00981.HK)下滑4.6%,中興(00763.HK)挫近7.8%。 【小米股價受捧 高盛料新廠量產】 阿里(09988.HK)昨日股價抽升逾18%後,今日回吐1.8%報134.7元,成交逾227億元。騰訊(00700.HK)跌0.7%、網易(09999.HK)走低0.9%收213.8元。小米(01810.HK)全日股價上揚3.4%收55.85元,成交額143.16億元,小米汽車在微博表示今年8月小米汽車交付量持續超過3萬輛。 高盛發表報告表示,據專注於內地新能源汽車新聞網站《CNEVPost》報道,截至2025年8月31日當週,小米電動車汽車保險註冊數達到11,900台,按年增長44%,創自2025年3月以來每週6,500輛至7,500輛平均交付量的新高紀錄,反映出小米YU7系列預期交貨等待時間持續縮短,從8月初的平均51周縮短至約47周,而SU7系列的等待時間則基本穩定不變。此外,小米計劃於9月底在119個城市擴展至共402家電動車銷售門店。 高盛認為,此強勁的交付數據表明,小米位於北京的電動車工廠第二期一期(Phase II-1)很可能已啟動量產,這是投資者和消費者長期期待的利多消息。若9月份交付速度維持在此水平或更高,預計2025年第三季度總交付量將達到97,000至99,000台,並助力全年35萬台的目標達成。同時,YU7車型交付比例提升,與SU7的比率接近1:1,將帶來第三、四季度更有利的平均銷售價格結構。 【跌股千三隻 】 港股今日市寬轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率為16比34(上日為25比25),下跌股份1,381隻(跌幅2.6%),恆指成份股今日23隻股份上升,下跌股份59隻,升跌比率為27比69(上日74比25)。大市今日錄沽空468.51億元,佔可沽空股份成交額3,007.05億元的15.58%(上日為13.225%)。 比亞迪(01211.HK)8月新能源車銷量按月回升8.5%,全日股價升2.2%。據內媒引述企查查信息資料顯示,比亞迪將註冊資本由30.39億元人民幣(下同)增加至91.17億元,增幅約200%。資料顯示,比亞迪成立於1995年2月,法定代表人為王傳福,由王傳福及呂向陽等共同持股。
