新一輪調價窗口今晚開啟,95號汽油或升入“8元時代”

10月23日晚24時,國內新一輪成品油調價窗口即將開啟。

市場普遍預計,本輪成品油零售價格或將迎來年內第九次上調。假如價格上升,若以70升的油箱來計算,私家車車主加滿一箱油或將多花費4元左右。

卓創資訊成品油分析師高青翠指出,國內成品油本輪計價週期初,因中東局勢持續升級,國際原油價格連續上升,布倫特原油期貨價格一度升至80美元/桶位置上方。但隨着市場傳出中東局勢降温的消息,前期市場擔憂的中東全面衝突和石油供應中斷風險降低,疊加需求預期下滑,原油價格迅速下跌。

油價上升在即

據國內權威預測機構預測,2024年10月23日24時國內成品油價格預計將上升,預計汽柴油上調115元/噸,摺合升價為0.10元/升。

卓創資訊測算,截至10月21日收盤,國內第9個工作日參考原油變化率2.06%,預計汽柴油上調90元/噸,摺合升價0號柴油、92號汽油、95號汽油分別上調0.08、0.07、0.07元/升,調價窗口10月23日24時。

如果本輪成品油零售限價確認上調,按照當前的幅度測算,私家車車主單次加滿一箱50L的92#汽油將多花4元,95號汽油將普遍升入“8元時代”。

回顧10月初,就是在10月10日24時,國內汽柴油價格分別上調了每噸140元和135元。而最新消息顯示,如無意外,今晚(10月23日24時)國內油價或將再次迎來上升。

值得關注的是,今年以來國內成品油零售限價已經經歷了20次調整,包括8次上調、8次下調、4次擱淺。升跌互抵之後,汽油、柴油價格年內分別累計下跌75元/噸、70元/噸。 隆眾資訊測算的結果顯示,本輪調價後,2024年成品油調價將呈現“九升八跌四擱淺”格局。

國際原油連續大跌

儘管本輪油價即將迎來上升,但上週國際油價卻大幅下跌,為下一輪調整奠下夯實的基礎。上週國際油價的跌幅將納入下次油價調整統計之中,為下次油價鋪好一個大跌的開局。

與此同時,此前三大機構先後發佈月報,繼續下調需求預估,引發了市場對需求的信心進一步降温。

其中,OPEC對今明兩年需求均調降,核心在於中國增速被調降。但對於長期的需求前景判斷依舊顯著高於EIA和IEA。目前12月增產的決定繼續維持,無論實際需求如何,產油國出於自身利益考量,長期增產趨勢已經難以避免。

EIA下調明年需求預期,但上調了今年供給預期。2025年供給-需求差值已經從7月以來的短缺預期轉變為了過剩預期,表明長期增產和需求增速下滑的背景下,供需平衡已經逐步向寬鬆轉化。

IEA對長期需求預期有所上調,但對年內仍較為悲觀,核心因素同樣在於中國增長。

三大機構普遍認為,四季度在刺激政策的支持下仍處於邊際改善,有一定潛在增長空間,但長期而言隨着產業需求轉型,以及電動車對傳統能源的替代,國內原油需求將受到擠壓。

對於國際油價未來的走勢,業內人士指出,原油市場驅動開始迴歸自身基本面供需。

歐佩克和非歐佩克產油國(OPEC+)將於12月開始增產,美國超強颶風“米爾頓”對美國經濟和就業造成壓力,後期或看到周度(以一週為週期)初請失業金人數繼續增加和10月非農就業人數的大幅減少;國內財政刺激等待政策進一步落地,短期市場樂觀預期有所減弱。
