【盈立盤前簡報1.11】阿裏巴巴和騰訊未被美國列爲軍方公司名單，海底撈股東套現，嗶哩嗶哩計劃3月招股
【上週五美股覆盤】
①三大股指均創收盤歷史新高：道指收漲0.18%，納指收漲1.03%，標普500收漲0.55%，拜登呼籲出臺數萬億美元刺激措施。
②納斯達克100指數表現突出，特斯拉11天連漲，收漲7.84%續創新高，此前看空的Evercore也宣佈投降。
③中概股大漲：金龍中國指數大漲4.3%，收在紀錄高位，上漲個股數量接近下跌個股3倍，當週上漲8.3%。蔚來漲超8%創新高，百度、昱輝陽光(SOL)漲超15%，嗶哩嗶哩漲超6%創新高，京東、阿裏巴巴漲超4%。
【今日港股前瞻】
①券商板塊：一位接近滬深證券交易所的人士表示，2021年全國兩會後全面推行註冊制或可期。
②疫苗板塊：國家衛健委表示，12月15日啓動重點人羣新冠疫苗接種，個人不承擔疫苗成本和接種費用。
③電池股：蔚來汽車推出首款轎車ET7，向特斯拉發起新的挑戰，蔚來汽車還推出了容量更大的電池包以延長續航裏程。
④騰訊(700 HK)、阿裏巴巴(9988 HK)：美國發布最新中國軍方公司名單，阿裏巴巴和騰訊不在其中。
⑤長城汽車(2333 HK)：2020年銷售超111萬輛，超額完成銷量目標。
⑥海底撈(6862 HK)：海底撈大宗交易定價爲每股62.88港元，較最新收盤價折讓7.8%。
⑦波司登(3998 HK)：受強冷空氣影響，羽絨服預計銷售旺季可持續到2月底。
⑧中芯國際(981 HK)：中芯國際公告稱，公司證券OTCQX市場交易被允許持續到2021年2月1日。
⑨吉利汽車(175 HK)：不排除尋求與百度公司潛在合作機會之可能性。
【IPO追蹤】
①嗶哩嗶哩：據IFR報道，嗶哩嗶哩已以保密形式入表，向港交所申請在香港第二上市，初步計劃3月招股，籌資金額由20億美元(約156億港元)加碼至25-30億美元(約195-234億港元)。
②KEEP：據稱考慮最快今年IPO，以20億美元的估值募集新資金。KEEP是運動科技領域首家獨角獸，此前多輪融資獲騰訊、GGV紀源資本、時代資本等加持。
③聯易融：聯易融已向港交所遞表，高盛、中金聯席保薦，騰訊、GIC、中信資本、正心谷等爲股東。
