Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period shall commence on 30 January 2026 and shall continue until further notice by the Company.
2. This promotion is open to persons aged 18 or above only.
3. This U.S. stock fee promotion is available only to eligible clients and is subject to the following definitions and conditions:
Client Classification Definitions
(1) Hong Kong Clients
Hong Kong Clients refer to clients who, at the time of account opening, successfully opened a securities account with the Company using Hong Kong identity documents (i.e. Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card or Hong Kong Non-Permanent Identity Card).
(2) Non-Hong Kong Clients
Non-Hong Kong Clients refer to clients who opened a securities account with the Company using non-Hong Kong identity documents at the time of account opening.
Eligibility Conditions
Hong Kong Clients must satisfy all of the following conditions in order to be eligible for this promotion:
- Eligible clients may enjoy the promotion during the promotion period;
- the account tier is a Standard Account or Trading Account; and
- the account type is a personal account.
Non-Hong Kong Clients must satisfy all of the following conditions in order to be eligible for this promotion:
- the promotion period shall be valid for 180 days commencing from the client’s account opening date. For example, if a Non-Hong Kong client successfully opens an account on 1 March 2026, the promotion period shall expire on 28 August 2026, both dates inclusive;
- the account tier is a Standard Account; and
- the account type is a personal account.
4. Upon a client satisfying the specified conditions and upon completion of the relevant transactions, the Company will calculate the promotion benefits after verifying that the transactions are eligible transactions. Such calculation and processing are generally completed within one to two (1–2) business days after market clearing on the relevant trading day. Any rebate amount will be credited in cash directly to the client’s securities account balance.
5. This promotion applies only to designated stocks and covers only the portion of transaction commissions and/or platform fees charged by the Company. The Company reserves the right to determine, amend, add to or remove the list of designated stocks from time to time without prior notice.
6. This promotion applies to both cash accounts and margin accounts, but does not apply to margin transactions opened and closed on the same trading day (i.e. intraday margin trading).
7. Offer is only applicable to trades placed through the uSMART HK APP. Other channels (including but not limited to phone or email orders) are not applicable.
8. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
9. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.
10. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
