固生堂:分紅+回購持續回饋投資者,彰顯發展信心與投資價值
近日,固生堂發佈2025年中期業績報告,擬派發中期分紅7,576.6萬元人民幣(相當於中期淨利潤的50%),並於公開市場回購最多3億港元股份。公司近年來以密集的股份回購與高比例分紅持續回饋投資者,展現出管理層對股東利益的高度重視及對企業發展的堅定信心。
一、高頻回購與註銷並行,顯著增厚股東價值
2025年上半年,固生堂累計斥資8468.9萬港元,進行了多達 20 次的回購操作,合計回購股份達266.2萬股,註銷股份總數達729.9萬股(其中包含部分2024年回購股份),通過縮減股本,直接提升每股收益水平與股東權益回報率。
固生堂密集的回購舉措並非短期行爲,而是深深根植於企業發展基因中的長期承諾。自2023 年8月啓動常態化回購計劃以來,公司已累計投入超過 4.06億港元用於股份回購,累計註銷股份高達1018萬股。
持續的回購註銷,直接增厚了每股淨資產,在資本市場中形成了"回購--註銷--增厚收益"的良性循環,不僅有效強化市場信心,也逐步構建起"股價穩定—股東獲益"的價值反饋體系,充分彰顯了公司對自身價值的堅定認可。
二、50%淨利潤分紅,累計分紅超2.27億港元
除了股份回購外,固生堂還以真金白銀積極回饋投資者。2025年8月29日,公司董事會宣派中期股息每股普通股0.35港元,合計擬中期分紅7,576.6萬元人民幣,佔中期淨利潤50%,讓機構及中小投資者股東直接分享成長紅利。
固生堂董事長塗志亮表示,公司期望通過持續不斷的高增長以及慷慨的投資者回報機制,與廣大投資者深度共享固生堂高質量發展帶來的紅利。
自2021年上市以來,固生堂多次實施分紅政策,累計分紅金額高達2.27億港幣,公司以實際行動嚴格兌現此前向市場傳達的"將每年淨利潤的30%-50%進行分紅或回購"的鄭重承諾。在保障業務擴張與研發投入等關鍵戰略舉措穩步推進的同時,固生堂仍能拿出半數淨利潤用於回饋股東,足見管理層對未來現金流與盈利增長的信心,爲股東提供"業績+現金"雙重保障。
三、現金流高增長,財務穩健支撐回報能力
這一系列回報舉措的背後,是固生堂良好的財務狀況與強勁的現金流支撐。報告期內,公司經營性現金流表現亮眼,達人民幣3億元,同比增長111%;自由現金流更是呈現出強勁增長態勢,同比大幅增長466%,達人民幣2.1億元。截至期末,公司擁有充裕的現金儲備,金額達人民幣13.7億元,爲公司戰略的順利實施和股東回報提供了堅實保障。
值得關注的是,公司呈現出"自由現金流增速(466%)>經營現金流增速(111%)>淨利潤增速(41.6%)>收入增速(9.5%)"的健康財務特徵,反映出其在規模擴張的同時,盈利質量與現金生成能力持續優化,體現了公司的高質量盈利水平。
總體來看,固生堂通過積極的股份回購和高比例分紅政策,全方位踐行對股東的回報承諾,無疑會贏得更多長期價值投資者的青睞,在估值修復與增長潛力雙重催化下,有望實現更強的資本認可與溢價表現。
