百勝中國(09987.HK)委任阿里前CEO衛哲為董事
百勝中國(09987.HK)(YUMC.US)公布,其已將其董事會規模由12名董事擴充至13名董事,並委任嘉禦資本的創始合夥人兼主席衛哲為董事,皆於2025年8月6日生效。
根據紐約證券交易所上市標準及香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則,董事會確定衛氏獨立於公司及其管理層。
衛哲於2011年創辦嘉禦資本之前,於2007年至2011年間擔任阿里巴巴網絡有限公司的執行董事和首席執行官,這是一家由阿里-W(09988.HK)全資擁有的全球領先電子商務公司。
