《港股》恆指全日升168點 三桶油向好 電力設備股揚升

人行今早(21日)宣布，7月一年及五年期LPR分別為3%及3.5%均維持不變，皆符預期。港股今早高開165點後，曾升185點高見25,010點，創2022年2月以來逾三年高位，收報24,994點，升168點或0.7%；國指升53點或0.6%，收報9,040點；恆生科指升46點或0.8%，收報5,585點。港股全日成交2,630.12億元。
內地政府介入電商平台「內捲」，國家市場監管總局約談美團-W(03690.HK)、阿里-W(09988.HK)旗下餓了麼及京東-SW(09618.HK)，要求進一步規範促銷行為，理性參與競爭，共建良好生態及健康持續發展。美團全日升2.7%、阿里及京東升1.8%至2.1%。騰訊(00700.HK)微升0.5%。
內地進一步規範新能源汽車產業競爭秩序，中央指導組促新能源車龍頭企業合理競爭，發揮示範作用。主要車股升跌不一，比亞迪(01211.HK)、小米-W(01810.HK)及蔚來-SW(09866.HK)各升1%至2.1%。惟理想-W(02015.HK)跌1.3%。
至於吉利(00175.HK)全日跌2.5%。吉利旗下極氪(ZK.US)被官媒指銷量造假，極氪否認，指相關車輛為展車。
信義光能(00968.HK)收升3.5%，公司發盈警，指因產品跌價，料上半年少賺56%至66%。同系信義玻璃(00868.HK)則跌0.2%，公司亦發盈警，指因毛利續降，料上半年純利跌55%至65%。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)升0.3%。港交所(00388.HK)升0.3%。友邦(01299.HK)升0.8%。新東方(09901.HK)跌3.1%，為全日表現最差藍籌股。
三桶油向好，中石化(00386.HK)升5.5%，為全日表現最佳藍籌股。中石油(00857.HK)及中海油(00883.HK)各升3.6%及1.3%。
雅魯藏布江下游水電工程上周六(19日)動工，共規劃5座梯級電站，裝機容量預計為6,000至7,000萬千瓦，年發電量約3,000億kwh，以外送消納為主，兼具西藏本地自用需求。工程總投資約1.2萬億元人民幣。本港上市電力設備股集體炒高。東方電氣(01072.HK)飆升65.2%。中國能建(03996.HK)、東北電氣(00042.HK)及哈爾濱電氣(01133.HK)分別漲23.1%至40.8%。
