匯豐歐洲子公司擬出售德國託管業務予法巴 料明年起分階段完成交易
匯豐控股旗下歐洲部門周五宣布,已與法國巴黎銀行達成協議,計劃將其德國託管業務出售予法巴。
聲明稱,是次潛在交易將包括所有由匯豐歐洲大陸銀行(HSBC Continental Europe SA)德國公司聘用的託管人員、資產及客戶將轉移至法巴。匯豐補充,該項交易仍需獲得有關監管機構及反壟斷部門批准,並須與德國勞資委員會談判。
匯豐表示,員工及客戶分階段轉移預計於2026年初展開。
