世邦魏理仕獲業主委託爲獨家代理,出售黃竹坑道16號勝利工廠大廈全幢業權,並公開招募意向書。現時業主最新意向尺價爲約4,706元,即意向價爲約5.79億元,較高峯期回落超過三成,招募意向書截止日期爲7月23日中午12時。
