同程旅行(0780.HK)與中國農業銀行達成信用卡全面戰略合作
5月30日，同程旅行與中國農業銀行(以下簡稱"農業銀行")達成信用卡全面戰略合作。中國農業銀行總行信用卡中心黨委委員、副總裁佟春雨與同程旅行首席營銷官白志偉代表雙方簽約。全面戰略合作將促進雙方的合作深度與廣度，在各自領域充分挖掘利用資源和優勢，實現品牌和業務合作的全面提升。

農業銀行始終堅持"客户至上 始終如一"的服務理念，不斷拓寬客户覆蓋面、深化服務場景，在文旅等領域積極做好穩信貸、促消費等工作，實現信用卡業務高質量發展。同程旅行作為一家綜合旅行服務平台，在大眾旅遊市場擁有龐大的用户基礎和高消費粘性。雙方全面戰略合作的達成，不僅拓寬業務合作的廣度，以及會員合作的深度，也有助於激活雙方會員的旅遊消費潛力，推動國內"旅遊+金融"市場高質量發展。
簽約達成後，農業銀行將與同程旅行在機票、火車票、酒店、景區門票、度假等核心業務板塊開展多種形式合作，並覆蓋線上與線下，境內與境外等多個場景，通過客户權益合作、渠道運營合作等形式為用户提供多層次、多樣化的產品服務。
同程旅行將入駐農業銀行旗下的掌銀APP，為農行信用卡持卡人提供豐富的旅行產品及專屬權益。農業銀行將面向同程旅行產品開展"積分+現金"的支付優惠，並在掌銀APP平台圍繞同程旅行的產品和權益開展持續的營銷推廣。不僅如此，雙方還將利用線上及線下渠道試點開展會員權益體驗、會員身份互通，以及精準促活等活動，在激活用户消費潛力的同時，提升雙方會員的活躍度與高消費粘性。
除境內業務合作外，農業銀行與同程旅行開展出境遊業務，圍繞用户出境前、中、後開展全鏈路服務與金融業務,基於同程旅行旗下的境外旅行服務平台，探索整合營銷模式，共同推動雙方境外市場的增長，以及服務體驗的提升。
簽約儀式上，佟春雨與白志偉對前期合作業務表達了充分認可，雙方一致表示，將以全面升級的戰略合作為契機，基於雙方在各自領域積累的用户基礎、行業經驗和優勢資源，惠民生、促消費，點燃大眾旅遊熱情，開創"旅遊+金融"發展新局面。
