郭家耀:蘋果(AAPL.US)在美大舉投資觸發關稅憂慮 港股料反覆下試22,800支持
港灣家族辦公室業務發展總監郭家耀稱,美股週一(24日)個別發展,蘋果(AAPL.US)大舉投資美國設廠,觸發市場對關稅憂慮,大市高開後走勢反覆,三大指數收市升跌不一。美元反覆回穩,美國十年期債息回落至4.4釐水平,金價持續向好,油價則低位靠穩。港股預託證券普遍下跌,預料大市早段跟隨低開。
內地股市昨日下跌,滬綜指反覆低收,收市下跌0.2%,滬深兩市成交額增加至超過兩萬億元人民幣水平。
港股表現回落,指數低開後一度轉升,高見23,600點水平,其後反覆回軟,整體成交保持活躍。關稅憂慮重現,不利市場氣氛,中概股顯着回落,預料指數反覆下試22,800點支持,上方阻力在23,500點附近。
另《路透》根據國家統計局公佈數據測算,1月份70個大中城市新建商品住宅價格指數按年跌幅連續第3個月縮窄至5%;按月則再次持平。1月份70個大中城市中,新建住宅價格指數按月上漲的有24個,去年12月有23個;下跌42個,去年12月有43個;持平的有4個,與去年12月相同。70個大中城市中,一線城市商品住宅銷售價格按月繼續上漲,二三線城市按月總體略降;一二三線城市按年降幅均持續收窄。1月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按月上漲0.1%,漲幅比上月回落0.1個百分點。其中,北京下降0.4%,廣州持平,上海和深圳分別上漲0.6%和0.2%。一線城市二手住宅銷售價格按月上漲0.1%,漲幅比上月回落0.2個百分點。其中,北京、上海和深圳分別上漲0.1%、0.4%和0.4%,廣州下降0.2%。1月份,一線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格按年下降3.4%,降幅比上月收窄0.4個百分點。其中,北京、廣州和深圳分別下降5.7%、8.4%和5.2%,上海上漲5.6%。一線城市二手住宅銷售價格按年下降5.6%,降幅比上月收窄1.1個百分點,其中北京、上海、廣州和深圳分別下降3.8%、2.3%、10%和6.1%。內地房價下滑速度有回穩跡象,後續需觀察趨勢能否持續,對宏觀經濟復甦步伐帶來關鍵影響。
