5月15日,阿里巴巴集團發佈2025財年Q4及全年財報。過去一個財年,阿里以AI為驅動力,加速自我刷新,取得顯著成效。本季度,淘天全面超預期,阿里雲收入增長加速至18%。阿里雲全財年收入突破雙位數增長。面向未來,以AI+云為核心的科技業務正成為增長的新動力。

阿里巴巴集團CEO吳泳銘表示:"本季度和整個財年的業績顯示,我們的‘用户為先、AI驅動’戰略持續見效,核心業務增長繼續加速。在AI需求的強勁推動下,雲智能集團季度收入增長加速至18%,其中AI相關產品收入連續七個季度實現三位數增長。本季度,淘天集團客户管理收入同比增長12%,反映了對用户體驗的投入和商業化舉措持續見效。展望未來,我們將堅定聚焦核心業務,推動AI+雲成為我們長期發展的新增長引擎。"

阿里雲收入加速增長至18%,AI收入連續七季度三位數增長

阿里雲持續投入AI基礎設施和技術先進性建設。在AI需求的強勁推動下,阿里雲收入增長繼續加速。

本季度,阿里雲收入同比增長18%,在更快的公共雲收入增長帶動下,外部收入同比增長17%,AI相關產品收入連續七個季度實現三位數同比增長。阿里雲全財年收入突破雙位數增長。據市場分析機構IDC最新報吿,阿里雲市場份額連續三個季度回升。

4月,阿里開源新一代混合推理模型Qwen 3(簡稱千問3),在多個權威榜單上,性能全面超越全球頂尖模型,展現出極強的技術競爭力。截至4月底,阿里通義已開源200餘個模型,全球下載量超3億次,千問衍生模型數超10萬個,是全球最大的開源模型家族。

淘天全面超預期,新買家強勁增長

電商業務堅持用户為先,同時打響商家增長戰役,構建商家、消費者、平台的共贏生態。

本季度,淘天繼續投入用户增長和體驗提升,實現更強勁的新買家增長,88VIP會員超5000萬。淘天集團客户管理收入同比增長12%。同時,淘天全面聚焦商家增長,加大力度扶持為消費者提供高品質產品和服務的商家。剛剛開啟預售的天貓618,在官方立減基礎上疊加國家補貼等優惠,為消費者創造更簡單、更實惠的新消費體驗,也為商家創造新增長機遇。

阿里國際數字商業集團則在跨境業務的強勁表現帶動下,季度收入同比增長22%,運營效率繼續提升。

堅定投入AI基礎設施,推動AI落地千行百業

季度內,阿里還宣佈未來三年將投入超過3800億元,用於建設雲和AI硬件基礎設施,面向未來承接AI需求增長和應用繁榮。

在追求突破模型智能能力邊界的同時,阿里推動AI在千行百業加速落地。季度內,多個行業頭部客户與更多中小企業均與阿里達成AI領域合作,阿里AI產品在互聯網、製造業、零售等垂直行業得到更廣泛應用。

市場分析指出,隨着AI需求強勁增長,AI在千行百業加速落地,將有助於實現通用人工智能(AGI)的長期目標。阿里的"AI驅動"戰略給自身和行業都帶來了清晰的增長前景。
