雲頂新耀(1952.HK)宣佈啟動嘉善工廠伊曲莫德（VELSIPITY®）生產建設項目
中國上海—3月19日—雲頂新耀（HKEX 1952.HK）是一家專注於創新藥研發、臨牀開發、製造和商業化的生物製藥公司，今日宣佈啟動伊曲莫德（VELSIPITY®）位於嘉善工廠的生產建設項目，為伊曲莫德的本地化生產提供支持。該項目總投資為7000萬元，預計正式投產後伊曲莫德的年產能可達5000萬片，計劃供應地區覆蓋包括中國大陸、中國香港、中國澳門、中國台灣、韓國以及新加坡在內的雲頂新耀授權區域。

雲頂新耀啟動建設的伊曲莫德生產車間
伊曲莫德是一款每日一次口服的一線先進療法，用於治療中重度活動性潰瘍性結腸炎（UC）患者。該藥物可快速起效，並達到臨牀緩解、實現黏膜癒合，且具有良好的安全性特徵。2024年12月，伊曲莫德的新藥上市申請獲得中國國家藥品監督管理局的正式受理。潰瘍性結腸炎是一種慢性、複發性、非特異性炎症性疾病，隨着病情延長，致殘率和結直腸癌發生率會不斷上升。預計到2030年，中國潰瘍性結腸炎患者數量將達到約100萬，超過2019年患者人數的一倍以上，臨牀上存在巨大的未滿足需求。
雲頂新耀首席執行官羅永慶表示：“伊曲莫德生產建設項目的正式啟動，將有助於釋放產品的市場潛力，滿足中國及亞洲潰瘍性結腸炎患者的臨牀需求。此項目不僅為公司的創新發展提供了強有力支持，還為其他產品的本地化供應打下了堅實基礎。通過在生產和質量管理體系上的全面提升，雲頂新耀展現了其從供應鏈優化到新藥價值鏈全面升級的戰略成就，是公司實現從研發、生產到商業化，藥品全價值鏈條整合的重要里程碑。
此外，嘉善生產基地也將作為mRNA技術產業化戰略支點，全面保障公司mRNA腫瘤及自免治療藥物從研發到商業化全流程的核心能力。”
雲頂新耀在浙江嘉善擁有自有商業化規模生產基地，自成立以來，得到嘉善縣政府的大力支持。基地一期項目佔地面積85畝，建築面積達58000平方米，投資規模超過9億人民幣，擁有全套的先進生產設施和完善質量保障體系，符合全球良好生產規範（GMP）標準認證。該生產基地於2022年12月正式投入運行併成功完成了臨牀批次生產，為實現mRNA技術平台的本土化研發、生產以及商業化運營奠定堅實的基礎。
隨着此次伊曲莫德生產車間的正式啟動建設，工廠將利用現有P1車間一樓的2200平方米空間進行GMP改造裝修，並引入世界領先的片劑生產線。
伊曲莫德已在美國、歐盟、新加坡、中國澳門等多地獲批上市。同時，其在中國香港的新藥上市申請也已獲得正式受理，並被納入粵港澳大灣區內地9市臨牀急需進口港澳藥品醫療器械目錄（2024年），在廣東佛山開出大灣區內地首張處方，開始正式惠及中國內地患者。
雲頂新耀近日宣佈，其自主研發的新型mRNA個性化腫瘤治療性疫苗EVM16完成首例患者給藥，成功進入臨牀階段，標誌着雲頂新耀自主知識產權的腫瘤新抗原AI算法系統和mRNA技術平台成功邁入人體試驗階段。
