格隆匯2月24日丨國芯科技(688262.SH)在投資者互動平臺表示,公司目前沒有芯片應用於人形機器人。公司在AI領域的佈局情況包括:(1)公司積極佈局 AI 領域芯片定製服務,充分發揮超20年定製芯片服務業務形成的大客戶資源優勢,緊密結合大客戶發展 AI 芯片的業務需求,已開展爲多個客戶提供 AI 芯片的定製設計和量產服務,相關業務收入已構成整個公司業務收入的重要組成部分,AI 芯片定製服務領域的訂單仍然充足。(2)公司已於2024年下半年推出邊緣側 AI MCU芯片CCR4001S和高性能AI MCU芯片CCR7002。CCR4001S是基於公司自主RISC-V架構C*Core CPU內核研發的AI MCU芯片,適用於工業控制等應用。CCR7002是公司與廣東賽昉科技有限公司共同研發推出的高性能AI MCU芯片,採用多芯片封裝技術集成了賽昉科技的高性能SoC芯片子系統與公司的AI芯片子系統,支持設備實時完成物體識別、目標檢測、圖像分類等複雜任務,爲更廣泛的應用提供AI計算能力,可以面向工業控制、能量控制、樓宇控制、智慧交通等領域實現應用。公司最新已完成設計和正在流片驗證的極高性能雲安全芯片CCP917T基於公司自主RISC-V架構的CRV7多核處理器設計,融合了神經網絡計算的AI協處理單元,SM2簽名效率預計達到100萬次/s,對稱算法4KB小包性能預計達到80Gbps,具有國際先進水平,適用於人工智能、雲計算安全、網絡安全和運營商核心網應用。公司緊密結合重大客戶產品應用需求和AI技術發展,已啓動了CCFC3009PT芯片的設計開發,這是面向汽車自動駕駛、智能座艙和智能底盤等領域應用而設計開發的高端域控MCU芯片,主要面向ISP及毫米波雷達信號的後處理、功能安全和信息安全處理等功能,採用高性能 RISC-V 架構 (5個主核+3個鎖步核),融合了神經網絡計算的AI協處理單元,預計算力更高可達到6000DMIPS以上,總體性能超越英飛凌TC397芯片,有望實現對目前在智能座艙和自動駕駛領域大量應用的英飛凌TC397芯片的國產化替代,具有先進水平。公司將積極擁抱AI技術,繼續發展邊緣AI技術,並根據應用需求大膽創新,特別是在交叉領域的集成創新上,將研究成果積極應用到現有的汽車電子和工業控制芯片產品、信創和信息安全芯片產品上,提升公司汽車電子和工業控制芯片產品、信創和信息安全芯片產品的智能化水平,進一步提高公司產品的核心競爭力。公司將持續投入AI技術的研發,用RISC-V CPU + AI NPU的技術創新堅定擁抱席捲世界的智能化浪潮。
