第六代液冷！聯想SC750 V4海神服務器首次公開亮相
11月28日，2024年聯想創新開放日開幕。200餘項創新技術與產品、超30項AI解決方案亮相，其中聯想SC750 V4 Neptune海神液冷服務器首次真機亮相，其複雜的液冷工程設計成為現場的焦點。
聯想ThinkSystem SC750 V4 Neptune海神液冷服務器使用直接温水冷卻 (最高 45°C) 功能的創新設計。這種先進設計能有效從所有組件 (例如 CPU、內存、I/O、本機存儲器和電壓調節器) 移除所有熱能，在不用氣流的情況維持系統穩定。相較於氣流，液冷功能提供絕佳熱能移除能力，讓關鍵組件能以更低的温度作業。結果就是更優秀的效能、更良好的可靠性，以及更高的密度，整合在一組安靜且具備能源效率的系統中。
聯想ThinkSystem SC750 V4 Neptune 由兩個Intel Xeon 6處理器驅動的效能。透過聯想 Neptune海神 液冷，以 500W 執行 Intel Xeon 6900 系列，搭配 MRDIMMs 和多達 128 個核心，整合在小巧的外殼中。使用 Intel Xeon 6900P 系列搭配 MRDIMMs，提供前所未見的內存帶寬。將所有電力和效率整合至不到一平方公尺的數據中心空間，重新定義緊密的通用超級運算。
聯想ThinkSystem N1380 Neptune 驅動的 ThinkSystem SC750 V4 Neptune。這款超級運算基礎架構針對從 Exascale 至 Everyscale的客户設計，保證能維持十年的高階性能。從小巧的 13U 機盒擴充至完全機架、行列和數據中心，具備八個拖盤插槽、四個 15kW 電力轉換站 (PCS)，以及一個精心設計的 Neptune 水流配置，針對最大空間、電力利用和冷卻效率，以突破性的解決方案精心包裝在一個套件。
