BOSS直聘擴大回購計劃,多家券商看好公司未來發展
8月29日,BOSS直聘宣佈批准了新的一期股票回購計劃,預計未來12個月內額外回購最多價值1.5億美元的股票。此前在2024年3月,公司董事會曾批准了一期價值2億美元的股票回購計劃。這意味着,公司回購計劃規模將擴大至3.5億美元。
回購通常被認為是公司認為當前股價已經被低估,向市場傳遞信心的做法。宣佈回購消息當日,BOSS直聘美股盤中大升近13%。
從業績表現來看,BOSS直聘第二季度的表現穩中有進,管理層對未來的發展也頗有信心。第二季度,公司經營效率不斷提升,非通用會計準則下,取得淨利潤4.17億元,同比上升34.8%。同期實現營收19.17億元,同比上升28.8%。BOSS直聘CEO趙鵬在電話會上表示:保證全年利潤,有利於大家保持對公司的信心。
淨利潤的增長,主要得益於收入增長帶來的規模效應和經營效率的提升。第二季度,儘管面臨市場環境帶來的挑戰,BOSS直聘的活躍招聘者仍實現了同比增長,且付費企業客户數也達到了歷史新高,增長至590萬。此外,收入結構也進一步優化。第二季度,BOSS直聘“海螺優選”收入超4000萬元,環比第一季度實現較快增長。
“海螺優選”是BOSS直聘主要面向藍領製造業開展的一項招聘服務。參與“海螺優選”的招聘者承諾要誠信對待求職者,並如實發布職位內容,如實發布職位薪資。此前,藍領製造業領域一直存在信息不透明、“劣幣驅逐良幣”的情況,“海螺優選”的收入突破,在一定程度上説明BOSS直聘正走在正確的道路上,是互聯網招聘平台切入藍領製造業招聘領域的一次有益探索。
公開資料顯示,中國藍領羣體的規模已經達到了4億。無論是藍領製造業,還是藍領服務業,都有着廣闊的市場空間。第二季度,BOSS直聘持續在二線及以下地區和藍領人羣中滲透。用户增長成為核心引擎,將為公司打開更多向上增長空間。
BOSS直聘Q2業績發佈後,多家國內券商發佈研報看好BOSS直聘未來增長。華泰證券分析師認為,公司競爭力依然在行業內處於領先地位,兑現收入和利潤的能力強。招商證券研報指出,長期來看,用户拓展依舊是BOSS直聘收入增長的重要驅動,疊加公司加大降本增效力度,有望進一步加速業績釋放,建議投資人積極關注。
