港股午評:恒指升0.1% 科技股分化 蘋果概念股升幅居前

格隆匯8月13日丨港股三大指數盤初衝高後快速回落轉跌,截止午盤,恒指、國指分別上升0.1%及0.09%,恒生科技指數跌0.36%,總體波動平穩。

盤面上,大型科技股升跌各異,小米升1.34%,騰訊升近1%,京東飄紅,美團、網易跌超1%;蘋果正開發智能眼鏡和第二代Vision Pro,蘋果概念股升幅居前,業績符預期,丘鈦科技大升超13%領銜;教育股回暖,在線教育股方向領升,權重股新東方升3%;美國原油期貨升超4%站上80美元整數位心理關口,三桶油齊升,電信股反彈,三大運營商走強,半導體芯片股、黃金股、電力股多數上升。另一方面,消費需求結構性改善,高端啤酒消費場景尚待修復,啤酒股持續低迷,華潤啤酒跌近3%刷新階段新低,昨日大幅上升的新冠概念股回調,餐飲股、家電股、光伏股、汽車股紛紛走低。

板塊方面

蘋果概念股走高,丘鈦科技績後大升13%領銜。據科技記者馬克·古爾曼最新一期《Power On》,蘋果團隊正繼續試驗開發多款智能眼鏡產品,包括預計明年推出的平價版Vision Pro。此外,蘋果正在繼續研發第二代Vision Pro,發佈時間尚未明確。了哎,中銀國際最新發表報吿,將丘鈦科技評級由原先的“持有”上調至“買入”,目標價由3.6港元升至5.7港元。公司昨日也公佈7月攝像頭模組銷售3342.9萬件,同比升5.5%;手機攝像頭模組銷售3263.7萬件,同比升5.3%;指紋識別模組銷售同比升58%。

啤酒股持續走低,機構指高端啤酒消費場景尚待修復。消息面上,國信證券研報表示,7月啤酒消費需求結構性改善,行業延續較為平緩的高端化節奏。7月啤酒行業受益於部分區域高温天氣、奧運會等體育賽事揭幕,需求結構性改善,青島啤酒山東區域銷量增速較快,燕京啤酒、重慶啤酒主銷區預計銷量延續正增長,但部分區域受到颱風、洪澇災害影響,需求仍待恢復。該行指,由於上半年銷量承壓,下半年龍頭公司逐步調整市場策略,百威、青啤適度放鬆對於中低檔產品的增長限制,以減輕總銷量增長壓力。考慮到高端啤酒消費場景尚待修復,預計目前啤酒行業仍然延續較為平緩的高端化節奏,此前產品結構更高的啤酒企業面臨一定程度的產品及渠道結構調整壓力,區域型啤酒企業韌性相對更強。

個股方面

裕元集團一度升超9%創1個月新高,中期多賺1.2倍。消息面上,集團公佈,今年6月底止中期營業收入40.15億美元,同比跌3.36%;盈利1.84億美元,同比增長1.21倍;每股盈利11.44美仙,派中期息0.4港元。

閲文集團高開低走。消息面上,公司昨晚公佈了一份遠超市場預期的業績。報吿顯示,閲文集團2024年上半年實現營收41.9億元,同比大增27.7%,其中版權運營及其他業務收入增73.3%創三年內最大增幅;Non-IFRS歸母淨利潤達7億元,同比增長16.4%。得益於《慶餘年第二季》《熱辣滾燙》等現象級的影視“四連爆”,閲文依託IP全產業鏈能力和機制釋放出優質IP的巨大潛力,取得了多項核心財務指標的大幅增長。

碧桂園服務跌超6%,料中期盈利最少跌34%。消息面上,集團發盈利警吿,預期截至6月底止中期的股東應占淨利潤約13.6億-15.5億元,同比下跌介乎34.08%至42.16%;收入料約209億-212億元,較2023年同期的207.33億元有所增長。 公司表示,盈利下降主要是由於集團對若干信用風險顯著上升的客户,於集團完成履約義務且已收取該等客户的對價時,方將收取的對價確認為收入導致,同時,對來自若干獨立第三方風險客商的貿易應收款項,增加計提信用減值損失;集團持有的若干財務投資相關收益下降;及集團業務毛利率下降。
