格隆匯5月20日丨炬光科技(688167.SH)在互動平台表示，一、我們的微納光學制備技術涵蓋了多個前沿領域： 1. 晶圓級同步結構化技術：我們擁有基於最大尺寸為12英寸（300mm x 300mm）的玻璃基板或其他無機材料的基板，進行高精度的微納光學制備的能力。這項技術自2017年併購LIMO後，我們持續投入研發，不斷技術升級和迭代，現已廣泛應用於大批量柱面形貌的微納光學元器件生產，年出貨量高達數千萬只。 2. 光刻-反應離子蝕刻技術：在6或8英寸的硅或熔融石英基板上，我們運用精密的光刻-反應離子蝕刻工藝，製造出高質量的微納光學元器件。今年1月，我們成功併購瑞士炬光，獲得了這一在全球處於領先地位的技術。目前，該技術已處於成熟量產階段，產品廣泛應用於光纖耦合、激光準直、光場勻化、光束整形等精密微納光學領域。 3. 納米壓印精密微納光學設計與加工製造技術：我們結合微納光學設計目標，製造精密的母版，並在8英寸晶圓基板上進行精密壓印，確保模具與基板的對準精度小於±5微米。目前，我們正在積極研發，以形成12英寸晶圓微納光學加工製造能力。8英寸晶圓產品已處於成熟量產階段，而12英寸晶圓產品則處於開發階段，主要服務於汽車智能投影、智能照明等領域的微透鏡陣列生產。 二、對於應用方面的詢問，我們做出如下回應： 1. 面板顯示OLED剝離領域：我們掌握了先進的固體激光剝離紫外線光斑技術，該技術經過多年的技術積累和量產應用，已經趨於成熟，並在全球市場上基本取代了準分子技術路線。憑藉低運營成本，我們的技術已成為柔性OLED剝離的主流技術。此外，我們還提供對現有面板廠產線上準分子激光器剝離系統的改造升級服務，助力客户實現技術更新。 2. 面板顯示激光退火領域：我們正在開發紫外固體激光退火線光斑系統，該系統將用於實現顯示行業低温多晶硅退火製程。我們已於2020年成功交付第一台樣機，有望打破傳統準分子激光退火在該領域的全球優勢地位，為客户提供低成本、高效率的全新解決方案。
