金輝集團(00137.HK)2023年度營收跌46%至6.39億港元 淨虧損2.72億港元
格隆匯3月12日丨金輝集團(00137.HK)公佈年度業績，截至2023年12月31日止年度，集團營業收入對比2022年的11.89億港元減少46%至6.39億港元。綜合虧損淨額為4.62億港元，其中包括自置船舶減值虧損淨額1.09億港元及使用權資產減值虧損4440.6萬港元，而於2022年則錄得綜合虧損淨額為7017.9萬港元，其中包括自置船舶減值虧損淨額3.85億港元。2023年公司股東應占虧損淨額為2.72億港元，對比2022年錄得虧損淨額為4559.5萬港元。每股基本虧損為0.512港元。
於2023年，散裝乾貨航運市場面對挑戰。於挑戰日趨嚴峻的宏觀經濟下，散裝乾貨商品需求低迷，以致2023年大部分時間市場運費疲軟。於2023年第四季市場情緒逐漸發生變化，期間散裝乾貨商品需求增加帶動市場運費緩慢上升。每天平均的相對期租租金由2022年的18,813美元(約147,000港元)下降至2023年的9,063美元(約71,000港元)。年內綜合虧損淨額主要由於2023年大部份時間散裝乾貨航運市場情緒疲乏，導致運費低迷，對比2022年全球散裝乾貨商品需求強勁導致市場運費顯着回升。年內綜合虧損淨額亦由於2023年確認持作出售資產(已出售船舶)減值虧損10,047,000港元。
於現時的散裝乾貨航運市場情況下，集團於2023年底對集團船隊進行減值虧損檢討，以反映吾等對全球經濟及散裝乾貨航運業前景預期的轉變。於估計吾等自置船舶及使用權資產的使用價值時應用的假設已據此而調整。於2023年12月31日已確認自置船舶減值虧損淨額109,286,000港元及使用權資產減值虧損44,406,000港元，而於2022年12月31日則確認自置船舶減值虧損384,742,000港元。自置船舶及使用權資產的減值虧損屬非現金性質，並不會對集團的營運現金流量造成影響。
為維持市場競爭力，集團繼續尋求微調吾等船隊的品質，尤其尋求降低吾等船隊的整體船齡。年內，集團訂立協議以收購一艘超級大靈便型船舶，該船舶已於2023年10月底交付予集團。集團亦訂立協議以出售三艘超級大靈便型船舶而其中兩艘已於年內分別交付予其買方。此外，集團於2023年12月與第三方就有關租賃一艘巴拿馬型船舶訂立租船合約，承租期由交付該船舶予集團的日起計不少於二十二個月。該船舶已於2024年1月交付予集團。
