阿里巴巴回應菜鳥、盒馬上市:市場條件不能體現業務內在價值
阿里巴巴(09988.HK)(BABA.US)董事會主席蔡崇信在業績電話會議回應菜鳥、盒馬上市計劃,稱目前的市場條件沒有辦法真正體現業務的內在價值。阿里巴巴目前戰略聚焦點,是推動不同業務之間的協同效應,但未來還是會繼續考慮業務的單獨融資。
他又透露,2024年財年公司已退出17億美元非核心資產。關於一些上市公司股票如何退出,阿里巴巴內部已成立專門工作小組,對於資產負債表上有些非核心的傳統實體零售業務,指退出是合理但仍需要時間。(ta/cy) ~
