國泰(00293.HK)林紹波:近期取消航班屬挫折 已大幅提高後備機師人數應付農曆新年航班
國泰航空(00293.HK)行政總裁林紹波向員工發內部通訊表示,集團在過去一年積極改善服務,不過近期的航班取消事件是其中一個挫折,國泰低估了應對流感高峰期所需的備用機師人數,令公司品牌聲譽、香港人及乘客對國泰的信心受影響,這是一個痛苦的時刻,但國泰必然會從錯誤中學習並改進。
他指,在農曆新年假期,國泰已採取一系列特別措施,包括大幅提高後備機師數目,以確保航班運作順利。
林紹波又指,將於數周後公布業績,公司去年取得出色的成果,將與員工分享可觀利潤。
