《大行報告》大摩升中石化(00386.HK)評級至「增持」 目標價上調至5.06元
大摩發表報告,認為國資委對市值管理的重視應該會引發中石化(00386.HK)的重新估值,H股評級由「與大市同步」升至「增持」,目標價由4.32元上調至5.06元。
大摩相信中石化將繼續採取一系列措施,包括派息、回購、成本控制和資本支出紀律,以實現股東回報最大化。另外,該行上調其下游板塊的估值倍數,以反映股東回報的進一步改善。
大摩指,中石化對油價的敏感度較低,並認為中石化可以提供三桶油中最高的派息率。目前的H股股價意味著10%的股息率。
