《即日市評》人行突宣降準 恆指彈逾3% 阿里及「中字頭」股抽升

內媒引述業內專家指國常會諸多積極表述，意味著將有更多硬招實招推出，人行下午突宣布將於2月5日下調存款準備金率0.5個百分點提供萬億人幣流動性，港股今日午後反覆抽上。3M(MMM.US)最新業績指引令市場失望，美股道指及納指隔晚各跌0.25%及升0.4%；執筆之時，美國10年期債券孳息率跌至4.097厘，美匯指數跌至103.32，道指期貨最新升45點或0.12%，納指期貨最新升近0.6%。上證綜指全日反覆升49點或1.8%收2,820點，深證成指升1%，而滬深兩市成交額共7,670億人民幣。
恆指高開248點，初段曾升逾300點，其後升幅曾收窄至58點見15,412點，尾市曾抽高621點見15,975點，全日升545點或3.6%，收15,899點；國指升212點或4.1%，收5,353點；恆生科技指數升133點或4.2%，收3,281點。大市全日成交總額1,288.07億元，滬、深港南下交易淨流入26.45億及9.84億元人民幣。
中資金融股造好，建行(00939.HK)升3.9%，工行(01398.HK)及中國平安(02318.HK)各走高3.6%及5.4%。人行夥金監局於未來兩日內發布完善經營性物業貸款政策，內房股彈高，中國海外(00688.HK)走高4.4%。
【人行將降準 阿里受追捧】
科網股向上，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)全日股價急彈7.3%收72.6元，騰訊(00700.HK)及美團(03690.HK)各揚3.6%及6%，嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)彈7.4%。市場消息稱，阿里巴巴創始人馬雲、蔡崇信近期大幅增持阿里股票。《中國證券報》記者從有關方面確認消息。相關人士表示，這體現對阿里巴巴前景非常看好，對公司未來發展、對管理團隊及戰略方向充滿信心。此外，增持行動也有力回應了前段時間馬雲拋售阿里巴巴的傳言，馬雲不僅「一股未賣」，還在不斷增持。
美國證監會網站一份13F文件顯示，蔡崇信家族基金Blue Pool增持了價值1.5億美元的阿里股票。另據媒體報道，馬雲同期也在大手筆增持阿里股票。
【升股千三億 「中字頭」股揚】
港股今日市寬續向好，主板股票的升跌比率為33比11(上日31為比12)，上升股份1,385隻(升幅3.7%)，恆指成份股今日79隻股份上升，下跌股份2隻，升跌比率為96比2(上日為95比5)；大市今日錄沽空270.65億元，佔可沽空股份成交額1,112.57億元的24.327%(上日為25.612%)。
「中字頭」股受捧，中移動(00941.HK)上揚3.5%，中石油(00857.HK)彈高近6.1%收5.25元，中海油(00883.HK)揚3.9%，神華(01088.HK)走高近5%。國務院國資委產權管理局負責人謝小兵於今日中午表示，將進一步研究將市值管理納入中央企業負責人業績考核，引導中央企業負責人更加關注、更加重視所控股上市公司的市場表現，及時運用市場化的增持、回購等手段來傳遞信心、穩定預期，加大現金分紅力度以更好地回報投資者。
