銷量大增難掩虧損頹勢!北汽藍谷4年鉅虧220億,何時才能翻身?
北汽藍谷今日跳空低開,現跌3.97%報5.32元,股價創逾3個月新低,總市值296.51億元。

1月15日晚間,北汽藍谷發佈2023年年度業績預虧公吿。公吿顯示,預計2023年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損52億元~57億元,需要注意的是,這已是公司連續第四年大幅虧損超過50億元。
4年虧超220億元
北汽藍谷1月15日晚間發佈的業績預吿顯示,預計2023年年度實現歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損52億元~57億元,同比上年變動-4.3%至4.85%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤為57億元~62億元。

對於期內業績預虧的主要原因,北汽藍谷表示,新能源汽車市場競爭愈發激烈,公司為不斷提升綜合競爭力,積極開拓市場,鋭化品牌形象,提升運營效率,在技術研發、品牌渠道建設等核心能力上持續投入,對公司短期業績產生一定影響。
北汽藍谷還稱,公司產品銷量仍處於快速提升期,規模效應暫未顯現,導致產品成本階段性偏高;隨着後期新產品的陸續上市,產品結構逐漸豐富,渠道建設進一步完善,公司產品銷量及盈利能力有望得到持續改善。
最近四年,北汽藍谷連續鉅虧,合計虧損額超220億元,虧損額在A股汽車公司中排在前列。
以往財報數據顯示,2020年至 2022年,北汽藍谷虧損額分別是64.82億元、52.99億元、54.65億元,三年累計虧損171.91億元。加上2023年,近四年時間北汽藍谷合計虧損超200億元。

全年銷量9.22萬輛
雖然連年虧損,但是公司產品銷量大幅提升。
剛剛過去的2023年12月,旗下子公司北汽新能源銷售新車20815輛,2023全年銷售新車92172輛,同比增長84%,增長勢頭明顯。
目前,北汽藍谷旗下共有極狐(ARCFOX)和北京(BEIJING)兩個品牌,極狐汽車與BEIJING品牌電車2023年累計銷量分別為30016輛和62156輛,同比分別增長138%和66%。

此外,北汽藍谷與華為開展智選模式合作,雙方共同打造首款智選模式車型計劃在2024年北京國際車展亮相。北汽藍谷方面判斷,隨着新產品的逐步落地,公司的銷量和盈利情況有望進一步改善。
兩年合計募資超110億元
在鉅虧之下,北汽藍谷大規模融資,三年內曾兩次定增,累計募資金額超過百億元。
2021年5月,北汽藍谷以6.93元/股價格定增約7.94億股,實際募資金額約54.50億元;2023年5月,北汽藍谷又發佈新一輪定增,以4.70元/股價格發行約12.86億股,實際募資金額約60.30億元。兩年合計募資超110億元。
根據2022年發佈的定增計劃,所募資金主要將重點用於整車產品升級開發以及補充流動資金。

據悉,為了提升產品銷量,北汽藍谷正在不斷加碼佈局“場景化造車”思路,未來將有效填補市場空白,助力極狐獲得全新增長點,進一步擴大市場份額。
