年輕化管理團隊全面接棒淘天集團
12月20日兼任淘天集團CEO後，吳泳銘立即開展了大刀闊斧的組織調整。22日，吳泳銘宣佈了淘天集團最新組織決定，年輕化管理團隊全面接棒。6位年輕管理者被任命分別帶領淘天集團各關鍵業務，直接向吳泳銘彙報。吳泳銘同時對淘天集團提出要求：正視現狀，重新創業。
“85後”吳嘉將負責淘天用户平台事業部與阿里媽媽事業部。據瞭解，吳嘉2010年校招加入阿里巴巴，在技術開發一線積累了豐富經驗，培育孵化了廣受年輕人歡迎的產品夸克。吳嘉還將繼續兼任智能信息總裁。
現任餓了麼首席運營官諶偉業（處端）將調任淘寶，負責淘寶事業部、淘天商家平台部、淘天客户滿意部。他主導提出餓了麼“放心點準時達”的品牌價值方向，創設了現象級營銷“猜答案免單”。他也是另一款年輕人喜愛的閒置交易和興趣內容平台閒魚的初創人。
劉博（家洛）將接手天貓事業部，十幾年來他一直在淘寶天貓業務一線，商業實戰經驗豐富，連續開創了多個戰略賽道。生於87年的汪庭祥（少遊）則將帶領服飾發展部。原直營業務負責人劉一曼（一漫）將負責M2C事業部。程道放（道放）將帶領淘寶直播及內容事業部，負責推進淘寶內容化建設與創新。
吳嘉、處端二人從其他業務集團調任淘天新崗位，其他四位管理者的工作職責也均有新變化，顯示出阿里集團對戰略重心業務的統一指揮和高強度人才投入。
吳泳銘9月接任阿里集團CEO以來，在戰略、業務和組織層面作出了一系列安排。他明確了全集團的戰略重心和優先級選擇，定義核心業務及業務策略，圍繞主業堅決取捨。11月，阿里面向年輕人和技術發展趨勢宣佈了第一批戰略級創新業務——1688，閒魚，釘釘，夸克，並着力推動管理團隊年輕化改革。此次調整，是他推動管理層年輕化的系列舉措之一，這批年輕管理者均在一線得到充分鍛鍊、憑業務表現嶄露頭角。
9月12日，剛剛履新阿里集團CEO的吳泳銘，呼籲阿里人“以再次創業的決心，重塑用户價值”，並強調：“我們會堅決實行團隊年輕化，要讓年輕主力管理者刷新業務管理團隊，創造讓更多年輕阿里人成為阿里核心力量的機制和文化環境。”
