匯豐銀行 : 12月起分階段推出信用卡防騙措施
匯豐香港區行政總裁林慧虹表示,網絡詐騙日益嚴重,必須透過客戶教育和有效保障,才能獲得客戶信賴及應對罪案,12月起將分階段推出信用卡防騙措施。
匯豐銀行數據顯示,其香港客戶今年首九個月舉報的詐騙案中,與購物和投資相關的分別佔45%和21%。匯豐今年在防止詐騙的科技投資比去年大增七成,會透過不同措施加強保障信用卡用戶,未來數個月讓客戶停用無卡交易或設定相關交易限額,又會透過流動應用程式,代替短訊提供一次性密碼(OTP)作為網上交易認證。
