《即日市評》恆指回吐 騰訊升幅收窄 快手逆市揚
恆指繼昨日(15日)抽升682點或3.9%後,今日(16日)受科網股拖累回軟。美國10月生產物價指數按月下跌0.5%、美國10月零售銷售下跌0.1%,加深市場憧憬美國加息周期已見頂,美股道指及納指隔晚各升0.5%及近0.1%,撰文之時,美國10年期債券孳息升至4.494厘,美匯指數升至104.41,道指期貨最新升8點或0.2%,納指期貨最新跌0.2%。上證綜指全日跌21點或0.7%收3,050點,深證成指跌1.2%,而滬深兩市成交額共逾8,506億人民幣。中美元首在三藩市會晤,同意加強對話合作,而國家主席習近平指合作共贏完全可以超越分歧。
恆指高開95點後向下,曾跌356點一度低見17,722點,全日跌246點或1.4%,收17,832點;國指跌87點或1.4%,收6,116點;恆生科技指數跌76點或1.9%,收4,049點。大市全日成交總額1,152億元,滬、深港通南下交易淨流入31.28億及29.81億元人民幣。部分科網股偏軟,收市後公布業績的阿里-SW(09988.HK)股價跌2.2%,美團-W(03690.HK)下滑1.4%。京東-SW(09618.HK)第三季非通用準則純利升近6%勝預期,股價高開後升幅收窄,全日升2%報108元。
【騰訊升幅收窄 快手逆市造好】
騰訊(00700.HK)股價高開2.3%後升幅收窄,全日升0.7%報324.8元。有券商指騰訊不分派其投資股份令部分市場人士失望。騰訊未有宣布分派快手-W(01024.HK)股份,快手股價逆升3%報60元。
摩根大通指,騰訊第三季收入符合市場預期,盈利略勝市場預期。該行認為騰訊季度業績對短期股價表現沒有影響,基於投資者關注收入多於盈利,騰訊微遊戲及遊戲成本架構正面發展被投資者忽略,因此大致符合預期的季度收入及勝預期的盈利率與盈利,不足以推動股價正面反應。該行認為騰訊管理階層對股東價值回報舉措的評論才是近期投資者情緒的關鍵,維持對騰訊「買入」評級,目標價440元。
花旗表示參與騰訊季績分析員會議後,引述騰訊管理層對資本配置策略的評,管理層重申注重股東回報,騰訊將利用強大的現金流量產生能力和龐大的投資組合,透過不同方式增加股東回報。騰訊將考慮採取股份回購、分紅、撤資被投資企業等不同行動,以產生現金並回報股東。但鑑於目前中國互聯網產業的估值相對較低等因素,騰訊管理階層認為股份回購可能是現階段更適合的股東回報方式。
【下跌股千一隻 小米小鵬走弱】
港股今日市寬略轉弱,主板股票的升跌比率為12比27(上日33為比11),下跌股份1,133隻(跌幅2.4%),恆指成份股今日9隻股份上升,69隻股份下跌,升跌比率為11比86(上日為100比0);大市今日錄沽空234.65億元,佔可沽空股份成交額995.85億元的23.563%(上日20.61%)。
國家工信部公布兩款小米汽車申報車型信息,市場關注未來行業競爭。小米-W(01810.HK)跌6.5%報15.7元。電動車股小鵬-W(09868.HK)股價跌3.9%,同業理想-W(02015.HK)跌4.2%。
中信証券發表報告指,國家工信部公布兩款小米汽車的申報車型信息,引起市場關注。根據資料顯示,小米汽車為純電C級轎車,兩款車型主要在電機功率、動力電池等維度存在差異。而根據晚點等科技媒體此前預計,小米首款汽車定位20萬至30萬元人民幣的轎跑車型,核心組件、軟件能力和性能均處於行業領先水平。該行認為,供應鏈、軟件、用戶、生態、渠道等方面的優勢有助於小米在智能汽車市場佔據一席之地,較其他造車新勢力而言有望更快實現年銷10萬輛且毛利轉正的目標,進而打開顯著增量估值空間。
