《半日總結》恆指跌181點 科技及消費股軟 融創逆升11%

市場觀望美聯儲議息，港股早市隨亞太股市偏軟。恆指低開113點，初段曾跌288點見17,894點，其後跌幅收窄，半日跌181點或1%，報18,001點；國指跌65點或1%，報6,244點；恆生科技指數跌51點或1.3%，報4,025點。大市半日成交總額453.29億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入24.23億及14.22億元人民幣。
中指院稱上周一線城市成交面積按周跌8.9%，內房股普遍下跌。惠譽下調龍湖(00960.HK)評級至「BBB-」，展望負面，龍湖跌2.4%。潤地(01109.HK)、綠城中國(03900.HK)、新城(01030.HK)及雅居樂(03383.HK)跌3.6%至3.7%，富力(02777.HK)跌4.5%。地產代理貝殼(02423.HK)跌5.1%。
深圳南山公安表示，恆大財富多人被採取刑事強制措施，恆大(03333.HK)低開9.7%後一度下挫25%，半日倒升3.2%，恆大汽車(00708.HK)及恆大物業(06666.HK)跌7.5%及5.5%。融創中國(01918.HK)擬對海南房地產項目進行分拆開發，股價炒升11.3%。
騰訊(00700.HK)混元大模型首批通過備案，陸續向公眾開放，股價跌0.4%報316元。商湯(00020.HK)「如影」通過中國信通院可信虛擬人生成內容管理系統測評，該股跌1.3%報1.47元。其他科技股方面，阿里(09988.HK)跌1.3%報85.1元，美團(03690.HK)、小米(01810.HK)、京東(09618.HK)、網易(09999.HK)、快手(01024.HK)及嗶哩嗶哩(09626.HK)跌1.2%至1.8%，百度(09888.HK)跌0.6%。物流股京東物流(02618.HK)跌3.2%。
蘋果(AAPL.US)新iPhone手機預訂情況熱烈，手機部件股丘鈦(01478.HK)及舜宇(02382.HK)升1.3%及0.5%。晶片設備股ASMPT(00522.HK)及晶片股(00981.HK)跌2.3%及3%。
旅遊平台攜程(09961.HK)指「十一」國內旅遊預訂增4倍，出境遊升20倍，攜程跌0.5%。中國中免(01880.HK)升3.7%。車股方面，吉利控股稱目前沒有在印尼建廠具體計劃，吉利(00175.HK)升2.2%。比亞迪(01211.HK)及長汽(02333.HK)升1.5%及1.8%，零跑(09863.HK)跌3.1%。其他消費內需股方面，康師傅(00322.HK)、蒙牛(02319.HK)、頤海(01579.HK)、海底撈(06862.HK)及中升(00881.HK)均跌逾2%。
其他股份方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.8%報60.35元，恆生(00011.HK)跌2.5%，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)跌1.7%及1.2%，油股中石油(00857.HK)跌2.2%。
