爭相投資Arm IPO 臺積電跟隨Nvidia、蘋果 斥最多1億美元買入
日本軟銀旗下英國晶片企業Arm將於美國上市,上市前已獲多間科技龍頭如Nvidia(NVDA.US)、蘋果(AAPL.US)等爭相投資,全球最大合約晶片製造商臺積電(TSM.US)週二(12日)公佈,批準對Arm高達1 億美元的投資。
Arm定於本週在美國進行首次公開招股,招股價介乎47美元至51美元之間,將爲Arm籌集近50億美元新資金,其估值將超過500億美元。
Arm在招股說明書中表示,Nvidia等科技公司有興趣於此次IPO中買入價值高達7.35億美元的Arm股票,不過尚未有一間公司未作出決定。
Arm的IPO需求巨大,早前有傳媒報道,Arm IPO已超額認購10倍,或提早停止招機構投資者,並考慮提高IPO招股價範圍。
