《大行報告》大摩相信潤地(01109.HK)股價15日內將升
摩根士丹利發表技術研究報告指出,潤地(01109.HK)上半年業績強勁,核心盈利按年增長11%,超過市場預期。管理層制定穩固發展戰略,藉高質量和均衡增長,實現高於同業的盈利能力。
該行認為,潤地今年收入及盈利可見度強勁,下半年合同銷售料按年增長逾10%,至3,350億元人民幣,主要受惠於下半年優質可售資源達3,860億元人民幣;核心盈利預測按年增長5%至10%,受惠於下半年將實現未入賬銷售額1,940億元人民幣,開發毛利率恢復至超過20%(相對於上半年為17%),以及經常性收入料按年增長20%至25%。
此外,該行相信潤地股價未來15日內將會上升,發生此概率料介乎70%至80%。對其目標價48.6元,評級「增持」。
