《即日市評》恆指「三連升」美團業績勝預期

受科網股帶動，恆指今日持續向上及重返萬八關。歐元區8月綜合PMI產出初值降至47遜預期、美國8月製造業PMI降至47遜於市場預期，市場關注歐美央行未來息口走向，美國十年期國債孳息率隔晚回落至4.327厘。執筆之時，美國10年期債券孳息率回落至4.18厘，美匯指數處103.46，道指期貨最新跌6點或0.01%，納指期貨最新升1.2%。上證綜指今日升3點或0.12%收3,082點，深證成指升1%，而滬深兩市成交額共7,857.3億人民幣。
恆指高開146點後升幅擴大，曾升427點見18,272點，全日升366點或2.1%，收18,212點，連升三日(累升588點或3.3%)；國指全日升150點或2.5%，收6,267點；恆生科技指數升149點或3.7%，收4,158點。大市全日成交總額1,015.2億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨流入31.48億及28.78億元人民幣。碧桂園(02007.HK)股價彈高10%，碧桂園服務(06098.HK)股價亦上揚10.4%。
【 美團今放榜 業績勝預期】
科網股造好，騰訊(00700.HK)股價上揚2.3%收325.2元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股價漲2.6%，快手(01024.HK)及百度(09888.HK)股價各漲5.4%及4.7%。美團(03690.HK)公布中期業績前夕，今日股價搶高7.4%收140元。
美團收市後公布，截至今年6月底止上半年扭虧轉盈，錄得純利80.46億元人民幣，遠高於本網綜合5間券商預測區間介乎40.98億至62.1億元人民幣的上限水平，上年同期蝕68.19億元。每股基本盈利1.3元人民幣，不派中期息。按非國際財務報告準則計算，中期錄得經調整溢利131.51億元人民幣，同樣高於本網綜合8間券商預測區間介乎92.76億至108.98億元人民幣的上限水平，對比去年同期經調整虧損淨額15.28億元人民幣。
【升股千二隻 藥明生物彈高】
港股主板今日市寬轉改善，主板股票的升跌比率為29比14(上日16比25)，上升股份1,203隻(升幅3.2%)；恆指成份股今日69隻股份上升，下跌股份7隻，升跌比率為86比9(上日為43為54)；大市今日錄沽空172億元，佔可沽空股份成交額867.9億元的23.3%(上日23.34%)。
友邦(01299.HK)全日股價跌0.4%收69.7元。高盛發表報告表示，友邦中期業績強勁，新業務價值按實質匯率計按年升32%，按固定匯率計按年升37%，較該行預期高4%及3%，第二季新業務價值增速按年加快至44%(按實質匯率計)，對比今年首季23%，五個主要市場均錄得增長，而受惠通關後內地訪客重臨令銷售強勁，本港業務成主要推動力。
藥明生物(02269.HK)全日股價搶高8.5%收44.6元。花旗發表報告表示，藥明生物上半年收入按年增17.8%至85億元人民幣，好於今年6月投資者日指引的低雙位數增長。收入增長主要由非新冠疫情項目收入按年增長59.7%推動。該行予其「買入」投資評級，目標價105元。
