《大行報告》大和上調中海物業(02669.HK)目標價至11.8元 評級「買入」
大和發表報告指,中海物業(02669.HK)上半年收入和淨利潤分別按年增長23%和39%,大部分業務部門的營運維持韌性,仍是該行在內地物管股首選,因為看好其國企背景、優質品牌、穩健的增長前景以及來自財務穩定的國企開發商的支持。
報告指,基於物業管理業務增長放緩的預期,將中海物業2023至2025年收入預期下調8%至13%,但將每股盈利預測略微上調0.5%至1%,以考慮較低的營業費用率和較高的毛利率預期。重申「買入」評級,並將目標價由11.6元輕微上調至11.8元。
