香港航天科技(01725.HK)：子公司Aspace獲國際著名基金Oaktree Capital認購49%股份
格隆匯7月11日丨香港航天科技(01725.HK)公吿，於2023年7月11日，Aspace與認購方訂立認購協議，據此，Aspace有條件同意發行，而認購方有條件同意按認購價2050萬美元認購9800股Aspace股份(佔於完成後Aspace經認購股份擴大的已發行股本49%)。認購方須分階段以現金支付認購價2050萬美元。
Aspace為一間於香港註冊成立的有限公司，於緊接完成前為公司的間接全資附屬公司。Aspace僅從事衞星製造(例如開發、設計及測試衞星載荷、通訊衞星、導航增強衞星及遙感衞星)。
認購方為在英屬處女羣島註冊成立的有限公司，並由Utmost International全資擁有。Utmost International為英國及國際領先的保險財富方案供應商。於公吿日期，Utmost International由Oaktree Capital Group LLC管理基金最終擁有約84.50%，由Utmost International的共同創始人及行政總裁Paul Thompson最終擁有約7.75%，及由Utmost International的共同創始人及財務總監Ian Maidens最終擁有約7.75%。董事經作出一切合理查詢後所深知、全悉及確信，各認購方及其最終實益擁有人為獨立第三方。
Oaktree Capital Group LLC於1995年註冊成立。基於Oaktree Capital Group LLC所提供的資料，其為一間領先全球投資經理，專門從事另類投資，着重在適當時機以價值導向及控制風險的方針投資信貸、私募股權、實物資產及上市股權。Oaktree Capital Group LLC擁有逾1,100名員工，並於全球20個城市設有辦公室。於2022年12月31日，Oaktree Capital Group LLC旗下所管理的資產約為1,700億美元。
為開展衞星製造業務(例如開發、設計及測試衞星載荷、通訊衞星、導航增強衞星及遙感衞星)，Aspace於2021年10月27日就集團於先進製造業中心2樓物業建立香港衞星製造中心訂立總裝設備採購及服務合約，合約總額約2.57億港元。Aspace於2022年8月2日就先進製造業中心2樓物業的裝修工程進一步訂立裝修合約，合約金額約1.2億港元。
