歐洲央行首席經濟學家:市場不應預計未來兩年會出現減息
歐洲央行首席經濟學家Philip Lane警告市場不要預計在未來兩年內減息。本月初,歐洲央行宣布加息四分一厘至3.5厘,以遏制歐元區創紀錄的高通脹。
Lane稱,歐元區經濟正處於調整階段,因正在經歷利率上升以及薪酬升幅試圖趕上通脹,預計在數年內通脹將不會回到2%的目標,即使今年在打擊通脹上取得良好進展,但通脹亦不會在數個月內回落至2%。
Lane續指,央行應堅持到底並在一段時間內保持緊縮貨幣政策,以確保不會出現推高通脹的新衝擊,展望未來數年難以看到快速減息的情況。
