羅傑斯警告：全球利率將進一步上升，準備迎接有生之年最糟糕熊市
傳奇投資者吉姆·羅傑斯在最近的一次採訪中再次警告稱，他正準備迎接他有生之年見過的最糟糕的熊市。
這位80歲的投資者還警告說，美元的全球主導地位正受到威脅；爲了遏制通脹飆升，有必要進一步提高利率。他還抨擊了美國國會，稱其應對當前的債務上限危機負責，並聲稱大宗商品是對抗通脹的最佳對衝工具。
羅傑斯採訪中說： “下一個熊市將是我這輩子見過的最糟糕的熊市，因爲過去14年里債務增長得如此驚人。”
他說，2008年的金融危機就是由過多的債務造成的，自那以來，借貸急劇膨脹，這表明未來的經濟衰退要嚴重得多。
羅傑斯在談及美國債務上限僵局時說道：“我們應該時刻關注華盛頓。他們根本不知道自己在做什麼。他們日復一日地證明瞭這一點。”
羅傑斯在評論人們對去美元化的擔憂時表示：“你應該非常擔心。如果你不是這樣的話，你就不知道發生了什麼。許多國家正開始尋找美元的替代品，部分原因是美國可怕的債務問題。我每天都在關注，因爲我知道未來兩三年外匯市場會發生一些不好的事情。”
羅傑斯還表示，他認爲全球利率將會進一步上升，這與目前很多人預測的全球緊縮週期接近尾聲恰恰相反。他說：“全球利率將會走高。我不知道這次要漲到多高才能抑制通脹。世界從未見過像過去幾年這樣的債務、支出和印鈔。因此，這次要解決這個問題，必須採取非常、非常具有破壞性的措施”。
羅傑斯警告稱：“所有的市場都會出現問題——房地產市場、股票市場、債券市場、貨幣市場等等。你必須學會套現或賣空，才能在即將到來的危機中生存下來。”
羅傑斯在談到比特幣時說：“我不認爲世界會轉向比特幣。這將是計算機貨幣，但將是政府的計算機貨幣。”
羅傑斯還表示，他仍然認爲大宗商品是對抗通脹的最佳對衝工具，“當通貨膨脹時，最好的投資是實物資產，而實物資產就是大宗商品。我所知道的最便宜的資產仍然是大宗商品。”羅傑斯說，他目前持有一些白銀和黃金。
