貴州百靈(002424.SZ)：黃連解毒丸項目已進入Ⅲ期臨牀試驗階段 益腎化濁顆粒項目已完成2a期臨牀研究
格隆匯5月24日丨貴州百靈(002424.SZ)5月23日接受特定對象調研時表示，公司的新藥研發項目包括黃連解毒丸項目、益腎化濁顆粒項目、芍岺片項目、1.1類化藥替芬泰項目、糖寧通絡項目、治療呼吸道病毒感染中藥1類新藥等項目，公司在研項目覆蓋眾多治療領域，項目如獲得批准上市後，將豐富公司的產品結構，有利於提高公司的競爭力和持續盈利能力，對公司的戰略佈局起到積極作用。
其中黃連解毒丸項目已進入Ⅲ期臨牀試驗階段，黃連解毒丸是由黃連解毒湯全方經提取(水煎)加工研究而成的中成藥丸劑。黃連解毒湯原方出自《外台祕要》，始載於東晉葛洪的《肘後備急方》，是體現中醫藥"異病同治"思想和具有代表性的中醫清熱解毒方劑學中的經典名方，清熱瀉火解毒，主治實熱火毒、三焦熾盛之證。歷經1600多年臨牀使用，其常用於口腔潰瘍、急性咽炎、牙齦炎、敗血症、膿毒血癥、痢疾、肺炎、泌尿系統感染、流行性腦脊髓炎、乙型腦炎及感染炎症等上百種實熱火毒證引起的各系統性疾病，是典型的"證候類"藥物。長期以來，"證候類"中藥的研究一直是中藥創新研究的熱點，但評價"證候類"中藥新藥的臨牀療效依舊是目前研究的難點。近年，在國家藥監局藥品審評中心(CDE)的指導下，中國工程院張伯禮院士等專家親自參與、多方機構通力合作，貴州百靈黃連解毒丸項目已完成診斷及評價標準方法的建立，為後續"證候類"中藥新藥的評價設立了標準。
益腎化濁顆粒項目已完成2a期臨牀研究，正式在天津中醫藥大學第一附屬醫院為組長單位開始開展2b期臨牀試驗，對原發性膜性腎病進行探索性試驗。益腎化濁顆粒處方是國內中醫腎病專家、國醫大師張大寧教授的臨牀經驗方。張大寧教授長期從事腎病學的醫療、科研與教學工作，中醫理論功底深厚，臨牀經驗卓豐，是我國中醫腎病學的奠基人。益腎化濁顆粒正是依據張大寧教授治療慢性腎炎的代表方劑，並在臨牀長期應用基礎上研究開發的中藥6類新藥。
治療呼吸道病毒感染中藥1類新藥(暫定名BD-77)項目是中國中醫科學院首席研究員崔曉蘭教授歷時二十多年的研究成果。崔曉蘭教授是我國中醫藥防治流感崗位科學家、享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家、中國中醫科學院學科帶頭人、國家中醫藥管理局中藥藥理重點學科和三級實驗室學科帶頭人，本項目系從《中國藥典》收載的單一藥材中提取純化獲得純度超過95%的單體化合物及其製劑，按《藥品註冊管理辦法》中藥註冊分類1.2類中藥新藥技術要求進行開發，具有獨立自主知識產權。目前已完成創新中藥成藥性評價階段的全部研究，突破了創新藥臨牀前研發中各環節的關鍵技術，有望成為目前全球在研抗新冠感染藥物中極具競爭力的藥品之一。
後續公司將會加快研發項目產業化的進度，增強公司在醫藥行業的核心競爭力，為實現公司發展戰略和可持續發展奠定基礎。
