破發！股價跌超6%！朗坤環境登陸創業板
5月23日，深圳市朗坤環境集團股份有限公司（以下簡稱“朗坤環境”）登陸創業板，保薦人為招商證券。本次發行價格為25.25元/股，發行市盈率為26.45倍，截至發稿時間，最新總市值約57億元。
朗坤環境是一家綜合型環保企業。公司深耕有機固廢處理和垃圾分類領域，主營業務為有機固廢（餐飲垃圾、廚餘垃圾、糞污、動物固廢等）、城市生活垃圾的無害化處理及資源化利用，以及提供相關環境工程服務。發行人無控股股東，實際控制人為陳建湘和張麗音夫婦。
本次IPO擬募資11.22億元，主要用於中山市南部組團垃圾綜合處理基地有機垃圾資源化處理項目、研發中心及信息化建設項目、補充流動資金。

報吿期內，朗坤環境實現營收分別為11.23億元、16.19億元、18.19億元，淨利潤分別為1.54億元、2.39億元、2.54億元；公司綜合毛利率分別為24.84%、26.61%、25.34%。

隨着公司完成業務轉型，報吿期內主要以有機固廢、生活垃圾項目投資、建設及運營業務為主，環境工程建造業務為輔。
報吿期2020年至2022年的環境工程收入金額佔營業收入的比例分別為4.98%、3.05%、4.53%。公司從報吿期外2017年度開始，環境工程收入佔比均低於50%，報吿期內環境工程收入佔比均低於30%。

報吿期內，朗坤環境前五大客户銷售佔比較高，2020年度、2021年度和2022年度，公司前五大客户收入佔營業收入比例分別為81.49%、65.36%、64.18%。由於公司單個項目處理規模和合同金額較大，另外公司資源化產品生物柴油主要銷售給中國石油等客户，間接出口至歐盟等地區，中國石油不斷拓展生物柴油業務，生物柴油貿易排名歐洲前三，其加大對國內生物柴油的採購，且在採購方面資金雄厚、預算充足、貨款結算週期短等，是國內生物柴油生產企業理想的合作對象，因此公司單個客户收入佔當年收入比例較大的情況在未來仍會較為明顯。
事實上，公司所處行業屬於技術和資本密集型行業，項目建設期資金需求較大，長期資產佔總資產比例較高。截至2020年末、2021年末和2022年末，公司長期借款餘額分別為14.90億元、17.98億元、18.62億元，合併資產負債率分別為59.29%、59.23%、56.51%，長期借款餘額相對較高，資產負債率相對較高。
