港股收評:恒生科技指數大跌2.43%,內房股、內險股大跌,啤酒、家電錶現亮眼
今日,港股尾盤跌幅進一步加大,恒生科技指數一度跌近3%刷新日低,最終收跌2.43%,恒指、國指分別下跌1.4%和1.81%,恒指下挫276點。南下資金全日淨流入10.74億港元,大市成交額為952億港元。
盤面上,受美股中概股下跌影響,科技股全線下跌,阿里巴巴績後跌6%,快手、百度、京東跌超4%,美團、小米、騰訊皆下挫;大金融股、中字頭股亦表現低迷拖累大市下跌,重型機械股中聯重科、中國重汽表現較差;近期熱炒的GPT概念股集體熄火,影視娛樂股、手遊股、內房股、石油股等熱門板塊紛紛下挫。另一方面,啤酒股在弱勢表現相對強勢,航空股、電信股、家電股部分上升,海信家電逆勢升約4%。
具體來看:
回港中概股齊挫,阿里巴巴績後跌6%表現較弱,京東、百度、知乎跌超4%,新東方、嗶哩嗶哩等跌超3%。

黃金股集體下跌,靈寶黃金跌3%,招金礦業、中國黃金國際跌超1%。

消息面上,今年FOMC票委Logan稱,美聯儲下月暫停加息的理由還不明確。此外,美國債務上限談判有望達成協議,市場避險情緒持續降温。 在美元和美債收益率齊升的壓力下,黃金隔夜下挫,COMEX 6月黃金期貨結算價收跌1.26%,報1959.8美元/盎司,創七週新低。
內房股走弱,融創中國跌超8%,正榮地產跌超6%,碧桂園、龍湖集團跌超3%,萬科、華潤置地跌超2%。

內險股集體下跌,中國再保險跌超4%,中國太保跌超3%,中國平安、眾安在線跌超2%,中國人壽、新華保險跌超1%。

啤酒股逆勢拉昇,青島啤酒升超2%,百威亞太、華潤啤酒升1%。

國家統計局數據顯示,今年前4月,啤酒產量快速增長,白酒、葡萄酒產量收縮。其中,4月啤酒產量同比增幅超20%,白酒、葡萄酒產量則出現兩位數下降。有機構指出,伴隨消費場景復甦,帶動渠道和終端改善,二季度旺季預計動銷提速疊加高端化加速,量價齊升將助力持續增長。
中藥股走強,同仁堂國藥、同仁堂科技升超2%,華潤醫藥、中國中藥、白雲山跟升。

航空股走高,東方航空升超2%,中國國航、南方航空升超1%,首都機場、國泰航空跟升。

618購物節提前來臨,家電股上升,海信家電升超3%,登輝控股、拳風控股升超1%,海爾智家跟升。

今日,南下資金淨流入10.72億港元,其中港股通(滬)淨流入3.33億港元,港股通(深)淨流入7.4億港元。

展望未來,平安證券認為,美聯儲已經進入維持利率不變的觀察期,美國通脹回落也比較順暢且經濟仍呈現韌性,中美關係也有望迎來轉機,港股未來一段時間存在一掃陰霾的機遇。當前背景下,港股應重點關注高彈性、確定性也不錯的消費、互聯網板塊。雖然市場一直擔憂居民消費意願下滑帶來的消費疲軟,但從邊際上看,未來無論是新增政策支持,還是居民就業支持,都能給消費帶來提振。此外,近期以京東為代表的互聯網龍頭的財報還是比市場的悲觀預期更強,這也能顯示消費整體市場的韌性可能被市場低估。當然,作為流動性不夠充裕的市場,港股投資特別需要警惕流動性不足下的價值陷阱,對於關注度不足、換手率很低的標的公司,即使已經跌破其市場價值,也需要保持足夠的謹慎。綜合來看,港股已經進入性價比較高的佈局期,首推港股的互聯網、可選消費,創新藥板塊也有望迎來不錯的表現。
