股價升超12%，中芯集成登陸科創板，最新總市值超430億！
5月10日，紹興中芯集成電路製造股份有限公司（以下簡稱“中芯集成”）登陸科創板，本次發行價格5.69元/股，截至發稿時間，最新總市值超430億元。
中芯集成是國內的特色工藝晶圓代工企業，主要從事MEMS和功率器件等領域的晶圓代工及封裝測試業務，為客户提供一站式服務的代工製造方案。
截至招股説明書籤署日，公司第一大股東越城基金持股比例為22.70%，第二大股東中芯控股持股比例為19.57%，任一股東均無法控制股東大會的決議或對股東大會決議產生決定性影響；公司董事會由9名董事組成，其中越城基金提名2名董事，中芯控股提名2名董事，任一股東均無法決定董事會半數以上成員的選任。因此，公司無控股股東和實際控制人。
本次IPO擬募集的資金主要用於MEMS和功率器件芯片製造及封裝測試生產基地技術改造項目、二期晶圓製造項目、補充流動資金。

報吿期內，中芯集成實現營業收入分別為7.39億元、20.24億元、46.06億元，而由於公司生產線建設及擴產過程中無法及時形成規模效應，在短期內面臨較高的折舊壓力，公司產品結構尚待優化、成本尚需進一步管控，且研發投入不斷增大，使得公司報吿期內扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為負，分別為-14.34億元、-13.95億元、-14.03億元。 截至2022年12月31日，公司未分配利潤為-20.84億元。

晶圓代工是公司主營業務收入的主要來源，報吿期內佔主營業務收入的比例分別為 86.07%、92.09%、89.86%。

報吿期各期，中芯集成的綜合毛利率分別為-94.02%、-16.40%、-0.23%，隨着公司產銷規模迅速增長，規模效應初步顯現，毛利率水平呈現快速改善趨勢。
報吿期各期末，公司合併資產負債率分別為44.47%、65.74%、72.52%，呈逐年上升趨勢。截至2022年末，公司負債合計為187.53億元。公司所處晶圓代工行業屬於技術密集型和資本密集型行業，生產線建設和研發資金需求較高，尤其是在擴大產能和投產初期，資金需求量較大。公司通過股權、銀行融資、生產經營等方式籌措或積累資金滿足公司資金需求。
根據招股書，2023年1-3月，中芯集成實現的主營業務收入11.50億元，較上年同期增 長65.79%，公司實現的扣除非經常性損益後歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤為-5.32億元，較上年同期變動37.50%，主要系公司生產線建設及擴產使得固定資產折舊金額較高所致。
