南北水 | 北上資金連續3日淨買入，中芯國際遭北水拋售超5億港元
北上資金今日淨買入A股9.83億元，為連續第3日淨買入。其中，滬股通淨買入27.92億元，深股通淨賣出18.09億元。
活躍個股方面，北向資金淨買入較多的有建設銀行、中國平安、五糧液，分別獲淨買入4.75億元、4.7億元、2.99億元；格力電器、中國中免分別遭淨賣出3.36億元、2.97億元。
南下資金今日淨買入港股9.4億港元，為連續第2日淨買入。其中，港股通(滬)當日成交淨買入23.33億港元；港股通(深)當日成交淨賣出13.93億港元。
港股通十大成交股顯示，今日南向資金淨買入前三個股為中國神華、中國石油股份、中國海洋石油，分別淨買入4.99億港元、4.98億港元、3.96億港元；中芯國際淨賣出額居首，金額為5.25億港元。
南水關注的個股
建設銀行、中國平安均獲淨買入4.75億元。截至5月9日收盤，自2022年11月初以來申萬銀行指數升幅達31.15%，其間部分銀行股升幅甚至超過50%。國信證券首席金融分析師王劍認為，決定其買入因素中，資金成本是重要因素：“我國近期市場利率較低、資金充沛，其他可替代的投資機會較少，因此股息率顯得誘人。同時，美國加息接近尾聲，他們的資金成本也有望下行，我國高股息股票也有吸引力。”
格力電器遭淨賣出3.36億元，格力電器此前公吿，公司4月29日披露了公司《2023年第一季度報吿》，經核查，因個別信息存在錄入錯誤，誤將截至報吿期末前十大股東中董明珠女士的股份狀態填寫為“凍結”，現對相關內容進行更正，更正後董明珠女士的股份狀態填寫為“質押”。
中國中免遭淨賣出2.97億元，今日收跌1.5%報147.61元，創下年內新低。剛剛過去的第一季度，中國中免受毛利率和銷售費用影響業績表現略低於市場預期。Wind數據顯示，截至一季度，約有196只基金對中國中免進行了減持，重倉基金數更新為177只。
北水關注的個股
中國神華獲淨買入4.99億港元。消息上，國家能源局支持優質煤炭安全高效穩產增產，強化能源供應保障。中信證券指出，目前煤炭板塊具有安全邊際，估值和股息率具備吸引力，後續待催化劑共振，板塊依然有明確的反彈空間。
中芯國際遭淨賣出5.25億港元，今日收跌7.4%。消息面上，中芯國際和華虹半導體即將於11日前後發佈第一季度財報數據。天風證券電子行業潘暕團隊日前表示，行業正處於週期底部，不要對一季度和二季度兩家代工廠的財務信息抱有過高期望。中芯國際此前也公佈了較為謹慎的一季度的業績指引。中芯國際預計2023年第一季度銷售收入環比下降10%-12%，毛利率在19%-21%之間。而展望2023年，公司預計全年營收同比降幅為低十位數，毛利率在20%左右。
