記者從$騰訊控股(00700.HK)$方面瞭解到，4月7日，騰訊視頻與抖音集團宣佈達成合作，雙方將圍繞長短視頻聯動推廣、短視頻衍生創作開展合作。
騰訊視頻在此次的合作聲明中表示，其秉承開放創新的態度，將以滿足用戶需求爲中心，致力於優質內容的開發及生態合作的拓展。

4月7日，騰訊視頻與抖音集團宣佈達成合作，雙方將圍繞長短視頻聯動推廣、短視頻衍生創作開展合作。騰訊視頻將向抖音授權其享有信息網絡傳播權及轉授權權利的長視頻。此外，騰訊視頻與抖音還明確了短視頻衍生創作的方式、發佈規則，共同促進短視頻的創作、傳播。這次合作，展示了雙方在共建優質內容、拓展行業邊界方面的創新思考與實踐，將推動長短視頻互促共贏新格局。
長短視頻的融合發展一直是業界關注的話題。在日前由國家版權局主辦的第七屆中國網絡版權保護與發展大會上，“長短視頻合作”更被納入中國版權協會《2022年中國版權十件大事》。長短視頻的互補互促，已成爲推動視聽產業進步的重要趨勢，這也驅動着各大長短視頻平臺在版權合作上的加強。

抖音方面在發佈的一則《關於抖音與騰訊視頻達成合作的說明》中表示，近期抖音和騰訊視頻達成合作，雙方將圍繞長短視頻聯動推廣、短視頻二次創作等方面展開探索。
在上述說明中，抖音表示，騰訊視頻將向抖音授權其享有信息網絡傳播權及轉授權權利的長視頻，並明確了二創方式、發佈規則。未來，抖音集團旗下抖音、西瓜視頻、今日頭條等平臺用戶都可以對這些作品進行二次創作。合作將爲優質短視頻內容創作與傳播提供充分保障，爲用戶創造更良好的使用體驗。
