傳轉數快擬11月接通泰國
《星島日報》引述消息指,港版快速支付「轉數快」與泰版快速支付「PromptPay」或有望於今年11月接通,屆時港人將可使用「轉數快」在泰國付款消費,由匯豐銀行做背後結算,最終兌換率則由參與銀行及電子錢包自行決定是否在該報價上再作提高。
報道指,只要有轉數快功能的銀行或電子錢包都可參與,包括PayMe、BoC Pay、八達通等,到時港人到泰國旅遊便可以用手機銀行或電子錢包的轉數快功能進行跨境支付。惟港泰快速支付系統最終接通的時間表有待兩地當局公布作實。
