股價聞聲而動！一夜之間，阿里、騰訊、京東大消息全來了
3月31日，港股開盤，恆指漲1.35%，恆生科技指數漲2.03%。截至發稿，科網股普漲，京東漲超7%，擬分拆京東產發、京東工業獨立上市；阿里巴巴漲超4%，股價時隔逾一個月重回100港元上方，兩週累計漲幅超20%。
1、阿里巴巴稍早傳出港股分拆上市消息。
新浪週四晚間報道稱，$阿里巴巴-SW(09988.HK)$旗下價值200億美元的物流部門正在爲香港的IPO做準備。對此，菜鳥迴應稱，目前尚無明確規劃和時間表。
根據最新方案，在阿里巴巴集團之下，將設立阿里雲智能、淘寶天貓商業、本地生活、菜鳥、國際數字商業、大文娛等六大業務集團和多家業務公司，業務集團和業務公司將分別成立董事會，實行各業務集團和業務公司董事會領導下的CEO負責制，阿里巴巴集團則將全面實行控股公司管理。具備條件的業務集團和公司，都將有獨立融資和上市的可能性。
2、騰訊正式發佈AI智能創作助手
$騰訊控股(00700.HK)$正式發佈全新的AI智能創作助手“騰訊智影”，推出了智影數字人、文本配音、文章轉視頻等AI創作工具。其中，智影數字人能實現“形象克隆”和“聲音克隆”，創作者通過上傳少量圖片、視頻和音頻素材，就能得到自己的數字人分身和定製音色，進而快速生成自己的數字人播報視頻。
3、騰訊高級執行副總裁湯道生：騰訊正研發類ChatGPT聊天機器人
騰訊集團高級執行副總裁、雲與智慧產業事業羣CEO湯道生向表示，騰訊正在研發類ChatGPT聊天機器人。對於騰訊的聊天機器人是集成到QQ、微信，還是通過騰訊雲向B端用戶服務，湯道生說：“都會有。”關於下一代互聯網的話題，微軟、字節跳動、Meta、字節跳動等科技公司均已收縮VR/XR的團隊，如何看待全真互聯網、元宇宙似乎正逐漸褪去，湯道生表示，XR只是元宇宙的一個形態，這里面還有很多不同的應用，不是帶着頭盔擋住眼睛才叫元宇宙。
4、阿里巴巴分拆上市，京東也拆了！
$京東集團-SW(09618.HK)$集團發佈公告，擬分拆京東產發於香港主板獨立上市。
京東產發是京東集團旗下唯一倉儲物流設施開發運營管理子集團，持有京東集團旗下自建全部倉儲物流設施項目。截至公告日，京東集團通過全資子公司持有京東產發已發行股本總額的約74.96%。分拆完成後，京東集團將繼續間接持有京東產發50%以上的股權，因此，京東產發將仍爲京東集團子公司。京東集團將繼續經營（其中包括）在線零售和電子商務平臺業務。
隨後，據港交所文件，京東工業股份有限公司、京東智能產發股份有限公司向港交所提交上市申請書。
