《半日總結》恆指升171點 阿里京東領漲 內房股偏軟

美股於科技股帶動下造好，道指收升141點或0.4%，港股早市跟隨外圍向好，恆指高開274點後，曾漲412點一度高見20,721點，其後升勢略為回順，半日收報20,480點，升171點或0.84%；國指升74點或1.07%，報6,996點；恆生科技指數升31點或0.74%，報4,302點。大市半日成交總額782.57億元。滬、深港通南下交易半日分別淨流入3.01億及10.45億元。
科技股京東(09618.HK)擬分拆京東工業及京東產發在港上市，股價半日升近7%，為表現最佳藍籌股。阿里巴巴(09988.HK)指暫無菜鳥赴港上市的明確規劃和時間表，股價半日升3.9%收100.7元。
騰訊(00700.HK)升0.2%，公司透露正研發類ChatGPT聊天機械人。美團(03690.HK)升2.9%，市傳公司近期將上線「美團企業版」，先做企業用餐。網易(09999.HK)升0.9%。小米(01810.HK)則跌0.5%。
內房股方面，據報碧桂園(02007.HK)向投資者表示已為上半年到期債券備好資金，股價半日跌2.6%，同系碧服(06098.HK)亦跌3.6%。萬科(02202.HK)跌3.3%，董事會主席郁亮指內地新房需求「上有天花板、下有保底線」，不可能重回以前高位。龍湖(00960.HK)跌2.2%。
電動車股個別發展，蔚來(09866.HK)升2.9%。小鵬(09868.HK)及理想(02015.HK)各跌2.1%及0.8%。至於比亞迪(01211.HK)及吉利(00175.HK)各升1.6%及1.9%。
金融股匯控(00005.HK)跌0.5%。友邦(01299.HK)跌0.4%。國壽(02628.HK)升4.3%。中國平安(02318.HK)升1.2%。港交所(00388.HK)升1.8%。
此外，電視廣播(00511.HK)跌4.3%，TVB與淘寶第二場直播活動GMV逾7,320萬人幣。中銀香港(02388.HK)去年純利按年升17.8%至270.54億元遜預期，半日股價跌3.7%。海爾智家(06690.HK)跌5.7%。
至於申洲國際(02313.HK)升6.4%。賭股金沙(01928.HK)及銀娛(00027.HK)各升3.8%及2.5%。
