微軟公佈2023財年第二季度財務業績
週二美股盤後，微軟(MSFT.US)公佈了截至2022年12月31日止2023財年第二季度業績。財報顯示，微軟Q2營收爲爲527.5億美元，不及市場預期的529.4億美元，同比增長2%，爲2016年以來的最低增速;淨利潤爲164.3億美元，同比降12%;調整後每股收益爲2.32美元，高於市場預期的2.29美元。
按業務劃分，主要包括Office軟件的生產力和業務流程部門營收爲170億美元，同比增長7%，高於市場預期的167.9億美元。首席執行官Satya Nadella表示，Teams通訊應用程序現月活用戶超2.8億。
智能雲業務部門營收爲215億美元，同比增長18%，略高於市場分析師平均預期的214.4億美元。其中，備受關注的Azure雲計算服務營收增速增長了約31%，雖略高於市場預期，但不及去年第二季度實現的增速，彼時智能雲和Azure分別增長了26%和46%。
包括Windows、Surface設備和Xbox等業務的更多個人計算部門營收爲142億美元，同比下降19%;面向個人電腦製造商的Windows許可證銷售額同比下降約39%，低於第一財季15%的降幅。
微軟首席財務官Amy Hood表示，“我們的商業產品繼續爲我們的客戶創造價值，其Surface團隊在本季度應對了執行挑戰，在此期間，該公司成功推出了Surface Pro 9。”
微軟首席執行官Nadella於聲明中表示，“隨着微軟雲將世界上最先進的人工智能模型轉變爲一個新的計算平臺，下一波主要的計算浪潮正在誕生，我們致力於幫助我們的客戶使用我們的平臺和工具，以更少的資源做更多的事情，並在人工智能的新時代爲未來創新。”
在全球經濟瀕臨衰退之際，該公司在本季度因決定裁員1萬人、修改硬件產品線和合並租約而支出12億美元。該費用包括8億美元的員工遣散費。Raymond James的分析師週一在給客戶的一份報告中寫道，微軟裁員的決定表明“儘管營收不穩定，但該公司仍在致力於保證其利潤率”。
本季度，美國聯邦貿易委員會起訴微軟阻止其以690億美元收購遊戲發行商動視暴雪(ATVI.US)，而美國國防部授予微軟和其他三家公司一份總價值高達90億美元的雲合同。該公司表示：“我們將繼續與監管機構合作審查該交易，並努力在2023財年完成交易，前提是獲得所需的監管批準並滿足其他慣例成交條件。”
截至發稿，微軟股價於盤後跌0.76%，報240.2美元。
