港股異動 | 匯豐控股漲2%股價去年2月新高 獲富瑞上調評級至“買入”
格隆匯1月13日丨匯豐控股(0005.HK)漲2.4%,報55.4港元,總市值1.1萬億元,股價創2022年2月24日新高。富瑞發報吿,對匯豐的評級由“持有”上調到“買入”,在倫敦的股價目標價由原來的574便士(摺合約54.36港元),提升至770便士(摺合約72.92港元),並將該股列為英國上市股票中的首選。報吿認為,匯豐的有關內地和香港重新開放和資本回報前景,是被低估的屬性,這創造了正面回報/風險不對稱性,令富瑞上調該股的評級。富瑞又估計,匯豐出售加拿大業務,可以在今明兩年間釋放合共140億美元的回購和特別股息,且鑑於2024年估計ROTE有13%,而報吿發表日的有形資產淨值(TBV)為0.8倍,故認為有可信的重新評級潛力。
