詳細配發結果如下：
- 每股發售價0.68港元，淨籌資9730萬港元
公司最終發售價定爲每股發售股份0.68港元，每手4000股，公司將收取的全球發售所得款項淨額估計約9730萬港元；預期H股將於2023年1月13日日上午九時正開始在香港聯交所主板買賣。
- 香港公開發售獲18.28倍認購
公開發售已獲大幅超額認購，合共接獲6254份有效申請，認購合共3.66億股公開發售股份，相當於公開發售項下初步可供認購公開發售股份總數2000萬股的約18.28倍。
重新分配程序已獲採用，4000萬股發售股份已由配售重新分配至公開發售。公開發售項下可供認購的公開發售股份的最終數目爲6000萬股，佔股份發售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的30.0%。
根據配售初步提呈發售的配售股份已獲略微地超額認購，相當於配售項下初步可供認購發售股份總數的約1.33倍。由於4000萬股發售股份已由配售重新分配至公開發售。將發售股份由配售重新分配至公開發售後，配售項下可供認購的配售股份的最終數目爲1.4億股，佔股份發售項下初步可供認購的發售股份總數的70.0%。

募資用途
公司將獲得的股份發售所得款項淨額估計約爲9730萬港元。公司擬將該等所得款項淨額用於以下用途：
- 約74.1%或約7210萬港元（相當於約6140萬元），將用於在2024年6月左右（視乎建築工程進度而定）之前建造一個新生產工廠大樓及於廣昌工廠購置新生產線，集團用以增加1,200噸蔬菜零食產品和2,000噸肉類零食產品的設計年產能；
- 約15.9%或約1550萬港元（相當於約1320萬元），將用於加強集團營銷工作並擴大集團銷售渠道；
- 及約10%或約970萬港元（相當於約830萬元），將用於營運資金及其他一般企業用途。
