阿里巴巴(09988.HK)︰螞蟻集團主要股東投票結構變化
阿里巴巴-SW(09988.HK)公布,螞蟻集團的兩個主要股東的投票結構將會發生變化。此後,螞蟻集團股東所持有的投票權將更為分散與其經濟利益更為一致。
合計持有螞蟻集團50%以上股權和投票權的兩個主要股東君瀚及君澳之普通合夥人實體的股東馬雲,與現有普通合夥人的其他股東將終止一份協議。據此,馬雲將不再控制君瀚和君澳持有的螞蟻集團多數投票權,君瀚及君澳將分別由不同的普通合夥人實體控制;阿里巴巴集團在螞蟻集團的股權保持不變;及阿里巴巴集團或任何其他股東均不控制螞蟻集團。
