華遠地產(600743.SH):華遠置業方面擬對新潤致遠增資16.8億元

格隆匯12月29日丨華遠地產(600743.SH)公佈,公司控股子公司新潤致遠主要負責石景山項目開發建設,項目位於北京市石景山區蘋果園街道,東至楊莊大街,南至阜石路,西至規劃金頂東路,北至蘋果園南路,總建築面積約21.77萬平方米,規劃建設為集商業及辦公為一體的城市綜合體建築,其中商業部分計劃打造為繼西單大悦城、朝陽大悦城後的北京第三座大悦城,建成後預計將成為京西城市綜合體商業地標建築。

由於該項目開發規模大,開發週期長,項目公司原有註冊資金遠不能滿足項目開發運營過程中的實際需求,項目開發資金來源主要由外部融資及股東借款解決,資金使用成本高。現新潤致遠各方股東擬按照各自持股比例以現金方式對新潤致遠增加註冊資本共計21億元,其中華遠置業增資10.5億元,上同致遠增資6.3億元,合計增資16.8億元;享晟置業增資4.2億元。此次增資完成後,新潤致遠註冊資本變更為21.5億元,各方股東持股比例不變。
