《半日總結》恆指升319點 內房股彈 龍湖揚一成

市場觀望美生產者物價指數，道指隔晚升183點或0.6%，港股早市在市場繼續憧憬內地經濟重啟下造好。恆指高開34點，早段曾倒跌45點見19,404點，其後再度上升，半日升319點或1.6%，報19,769點；國指升111點或1.7%，報6,778點；恆生科技指數升60點或1.4%，報4,330點。大市半日成交總額958.57億元，滬、深港通南下交易淨流入9.37億及24.83億元人民幣。
市場憧憬內地將有支持房地產政策，內房股急升。合景泰富(01813.HK)升25.9%，旭輝(00884.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、富力(02777.HK)及遠洋(03377.HK)各升10.2%至15.1%，潤地(01109.HK)、中海外(00688.HK)及碧桂園(02007.HK)各升7.3%至8.9%。雅居樂(03383.HK)折讓8%售雅生活(03319.HK)股權套現4.9億元，雅生活跌0.2%報11.08元，雅居樂升11%。物管股碧服(06098.HK)升7.6%，內地房地產平台貝殼(02423.HK)升5.4%。
市場預期內地推動基建穩經濟，水泥股中建材(03323.HK)及金隅(02009.HK)各升5.2%及4%，海螺水泥(00914.HK)及華潤水泥(01313.HK)各升6%及7%。鋼鐵股馬鋼(00323.HK)及重慶鋼鐵(01053.HK)各升5.8%及8.9%。
投資者憧憬內地與本港通關支持本港樓市及商場零售，本地地產股跑贏大市，新世界(00017.HK)升6.5%，恆隆地產(00101.HK)、九倉置業(01997.HK)、長實集團(01113.HK)及太古地產(01972.HK)各升3.2%至4.4%。本地珠寶股六福(00590.HK)升8.9%，濠賭股金沙中國(01928.HK)升3.3%。九毛九(09922.HK)主席減持4,800萬股套現8.88億元，股價跌4.4%。
科技股普遍上升，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.6%報322.4元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)升3.1%報92.15元，美團(03690.HK)、京東(09618.HK)及百度(09888.HK)各升2.2%至2.8%，小米(01810.HK)升1.4%報11.2元。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)平收報47.05元，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)各升2.5%及2.3%，招行(03968.HK)及郵儲行(01658.HK)各升4%及3.9%。
中國中藥(00570.HK)澄清國藥集團不對公司進行私有化安排，中國中藥跌10.7%。
